We are 400m from the sea and a 10min walk to Carnsore Point. 5 minute drive from The Lobster Pot Seafood Restaurant 10 minute drive from Lady's Island with local shop , pub, Cafe and Church. Both Rosslare Harbour and Strand are a 15 minute drive with Golf courses and wonderful restaurants. Dog Friendly!

A beautiful traditional stone built barn converted into a contemporary/industrial/rustic living space with quirky touches. Lainey's Place is a peaceful location beside St Helens Bay. Ensuite bedroom, large private sitting room with your own private entrance. Continental breakfast, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juice tea and coffee are provided. We are a stroll from the beautiful and quiet beach at St Helens bay and golf course. I teach Pilates, face yoga and offer a natural face lift massage in my studio on site for an additional fee. Friendly dog who will say hello, cats, chickens on site. Outside seating.
