Pra di Brëc is our dream that became true. We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

La Mason dl'Arc - Cabin in Gran Paradiso

"La Casa dell 'Arco" takes its name from the entrance arch, a typical element of the architecture of Frassinetto, which characterizes this historic house. Its oldest nucleus presumably dates back to the 13th – 14th century. The unit is made up of three rooms with attention to detail to rediscover the warm atmosphere of the alpine houses. The living room with a sofa/bed and fireplace precedes the kitchen and to complete a beautiful room with shower and a comfortable and equipped bathroom.

We have decided to share our mountain house with you, confident that you will treat it as if it were your own home. The accommodation comfortably accommodates up to 5 people (for an extra bed, please contact us) and is located on the second and top floor of a small condominium without an elevator. From the balcony you can enjoy a beautiful view of old Oulx and the mountains. Guests will be able to use the private and covered garage, convenient for sports equipment.

Brand new attic of about 85 square meters. Very bright with large windows and a terrace for exclusive use with mountain views of about 25 sqm. It has a large living area with kitchen, air conditioning, breakfast island, sofa bed (double). A large bedroom with air conditioning (with the possibility of an additional single bed) with direct access to the terrace and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Here you will find all the basic cooking necessities.

The House in the Woods is a charming retreat immersed in the nature of Val di Susa. Just 5 meters away, a mountain stream with trout flows in absolute silence, while deer roam the meadow in front. A peaceful, panoramic, and comfortable oasis equipped with every amenity for a rejuvenating stay. Close to all services yet far from the chaos, it offers a unique experience of relaxation and nature. The ski slopes of Sauze d’Oulx are just 20 minutes away.

Our home, nestled among the trees, rests in peaceful seclusion a couple of kilometers from the nearest village. We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice. We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

The "Old Abete" is a completely renovated and new studio apartment, decorated with care and love because this is the family home. Perfect for couples.
