We rented Helena's house for our family's use for the second time. The house is in a quiet location and it is easy to get around in the Oulu area. There you will find a full kitchen equipment for more demanding cooking and plenty of space inside and on the outdoor terrace. Communication with Helena is easy and fast. If you are travelling to Oulu, you will certainly not find a better place to stay.

We loved our stay at Jussi‘s place. Everything was very clean, the surroundings peaceful and quite. He even gave us a really good recommendation where to find local food with high quality. When we accidentally locked ourselves out, he responded quickly, kind and very proactive. All in all an extremely pleasant experience and i would love to come back some time in the future!

A cozy and cozy militia house with everything you need. The house had plenty of room for a family with children to do both indoors and outdoors. The location was peaceful and within convenient distance of Ukkohalla. We had a great time!

The item corresponding to the description, the owner of which responded to the messages quickly. An apartment building that is well suited for 1-2 people for a longer visit. Especially the washing machine is a big plus. If there's anything to improve, a cheese slicer would be a good addition. 😄

The apartment is really neat, including the balcony, and spacious for a studio. The parking space and sauna were a plus. The living environment is peaceful and quiet. Excellent value for money 👍🏻

This accommodation was absolutely amazing! The host was really friendly, and everything went great. A particularly big plus is the spacious parking garage and the stunning lake views. Clean and new apartment. It was easy to find and free Parking nearby. Very clear instructions from Johannes. All the needed amenities for studio apartment. Small details like fan, phone charger and drying rack was good addition. For the price there can't be better accomodation.

Great apartment in a great location. Close to the city centre and Hupisaari parks, but still a quiet area. The huge (approx. 60 m2) and well-equipped balcony/terrace is certainly a wonderful experience during the summer and really gives you the opportunity to spend time in the fresh air. We stayed in Meri's apartment in Oulu for the weekend and had a great time. Communicating with Merv was friendly and smooth, we got answers to our questions and inquiries quickly, and all in all, there was a lot of flexibility in terms of accommodation both on arrival and departure. The apartment was already charming based on the pictures, but it really delighted us with its comfort and functionality. The details were taken into account nicely, making the apartment a really pleasant accommodation, in addition to which the apartment was practical, offering all the comforts you need for a weekend stay. We will be happy to be Mervi's tenants again as long as we visit Oulu again and we can warmly recommend the place to other travelers.
