We had a great time at Houssam's apartment. Access is very easy, the welcome was warm and communication seamless from start to finish. Houssam was very available and attentive. The apartment is as described, very well maintained and above all impeccably clean. We highly recommend this rental and would not hesitate to return!

Super clean flat. Stunning location. We have a physical welcome which is appreciated. Cleaning offered and the host takes nvl so that everything is pleasant. Parking in the basement with a caretaker in the residence at all times. This is really great. Really, have a great stay! The only problem if we had to mention one is the coffee shop on the ground floor that closes its restaurant around 11 p.m., a lot of noise with the chairs and the same at 7am... we were unfortunately woken up every morning with that and disturbed every night with that. But it's not necessarily disturbing depending on the "lifestyle". Thanks again

Abdessamad was really excellent! Very responsive, ultra benevolent, he was able to respond to our needs very quickly. The accommodation is in a very quiet residential area.
