The house is situated all private but still close to the restaurant where you can dine & wine all day & night. Breakfast is served at 9am.

Unique Villa is in an area with easy access to public transportation with car and bike rental offices nearby. The property is fenced to enhance security and is located within walking distance of the beach. Tranquil walks are encouraged during which times guests can experience the beautiful natural scenery, which will enhance their vacation in Nevis. To maintain a clean and welcomed environment at the villa, a non-smoking, no pets policy is enforced.
