This is a beautiful home with a wonderful sea view. The house was clean, well equipped, and looks exactly like the photos. Athos and Rhea were very friendly, and easy to reach, they recommended nice places for us to visit during our stay.

Place was lovely,exactly as pictured. Good location, supermarket straight across the road and close to all shops/restaurants,all within 5 min walk. Had all equipment you would need for your stay ie hairdryer,iron, washing machine,kettle coffee machine etc Great place to go and enjoy a nice relaxing holiday or busy if you want to make it,plenty to do in area. Will defo be back in future

Nibel is a great host who always gladly helps and recommends anything. Her house is beautiful, clean, and very spacious, we immediately fell in love with it here! Every day we had fresh, huge, and juicy lemons from the garden, as well as other fruits. The surroundings of the house are very quiet and peaceful, with a view directly to the fascinating ghost town - Varosha which is just across the road. Also there are very friendly and kind neighbours! 😊 Definitely recommend this place!

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and given a guided tour of the property. There was ample parking close to the entrance, which helped with unloading. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was seating outside where we could eat. It was quiet and we slept well in a comfortable bed. The wildflowers in the garden attracted lots of butterflies and a variety of birds visited the surrounding trees that were in blossom.

The villa was beautiful. We have stayed in the area before, so we knew where everything was. We hired a car and had a look around the area as well as using the supermarkets. We loved the sunshine and the pool area! Marios was really helpful and answered any questions we had promptly. A great host and we will look to stay there again!

Everything was very peaceful and beautiful. Nice swimming pool and short walk to nice quiet beach. Comfortable beds. Good choice of restaurant and markets nearby. There is Air conditioning but unnecessary with nice breeze from many windows. Private place to park our car and ample free street parking. Can leave key in box in case there are more than one person in group and you have separate plans. Thx

Great, freshly renovated villa with everything you need for a holiday

Şarafi’s apartment is the best place to stay in Famagusta. Şarafi is an attentive host who helped us with queries and ensured we were happy with the apartment when we checked in. The apartment was very clean with great ac, lots of outlets and lots of cupboard space. The bathroom is lovely. The kitchen is also great and has everything you need. We would happily stay here again

The views from this villa are absolutely stunning! If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful mountain retreat with a big, clean pool then this is a perfect spot. Sunsets and sunrises can be seen from the porches and the property is surrounded by beauty. The gardens are also well kept and beautiful! We ate most meals on the front porch to enjoy the view. The house is very spacious and perfect for a large group. The beds are large (which is usually hard to find) and the living room has lots of comfortable seating and a large dining area. Our host was very kind, responsive, and attentive to our needs! He takes good care of his property and is always available to help when needed. He sent us lots of good local recommendations. The house is also close to Turtle beach, and only 9 minutes from restaurants and grocery stores. I definitely recommend this house as a perfect vacation spot for families!

Firstly, the friendliness of everybody we met in Cyprus was noticeable. Everyone went above and beyond and as a tourist abroad you really felt appreciated and that they wanted to share their beautiful country with you. The apartment complex has multiple buildings and we felt safe and comfortable all the time we were there. 3 pools to choose from and all nice and no running for sunbeds! Water was quite cold in April for our children but they were old enough to lay in the sun or play cards etc. Hot summer weather the water would be a relief no doubt. A short walk to pubs and restaurants and the food is at times incredible. Fresh and full of flavour. Great coffee shop close by when you need that extra kick too. You can get a bus (102) a short walk away that will take you through Penera and on to Protaras which has loads of choice of bars and restaurants and is livelier in the evenings, really cheap on the OSEA bus too. Bolt taxi service also runs locally from the app too.

We had a fantastic stay at Lenos’s place! The villa has a truly authentic feel that made the experience special and relaxing. The pool is absolutely amazing, and the bathtub was a great bonus for winding down. Lenos himself was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The location is perfect: close enough to the center of Ayia Napa to enjoy everything easily, yet tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a mix of charm, comfort, and convenience.

The host's communication and guidance were very good from day one. The house and facilities were better than we expected. The house was tidy and clean. The pool and water park were magnificent.

Extremely pleased with our stay. The host was very interested; he responded to all our questions very quickly and clearly from the time of booking until the time of checkout. We felt really safe and well taken care of. The house was very clean, well-maintained and comfortable, as seen in the photos. The location was great, you can walk to the sea in about 10 minutes. At the same time, it was a great advantage to be located within the site; there were three different swimming pools, two different gyms, a restaurant, a supermarket, a cafe, a bakery, a butcher, a casino, and even an amusement park in the immediate vicinity of the house. Everything we might need at home was available: kitchen equipment, clean towels, linens, shampoo, shower gel, soap, even small but thoughtful details. This made the accommodation much more comfortable. In short, everything that contributed to a peaceful and enjoyable holiday was available. Thank you again to the host. Would recommend with peace of mind!

It was a small but very sweet holiday. The pool and slide were very enjoyable, we had a lot of fun and made good memories. Thanks for everything!

The house we stayed in was very good in the location, but there was a serious hygiene problem in the bathrooms, I requested cleaning, but it was very unsanitary even though it was cleaned, at least supplies such as bleach should be available in the bathrooms for such situations

Host was really nice, being only by myself there was nothing else that I needed, might book here again next time I visit !
