For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. The small wood-burning stove in the rustic room with kitchenette generates cozy warmth, while a second stove in the bedroom ensures a feel-good atmosphere. From here you have access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the first rays of sun or the moonlight and starry sky. And if you are patient, you may be rewarded at dusk with a visit from deer, foxes or rabbits!

The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

Stay in a historically renovated farmhouse

We rent out our lovingly renovated farmhouse from 1760 to small and large families as well as groups. The historic farmhouse has been completely renovated and is listed as a monument. There are 5 bedrooms for 16 guests in the farmhouse. You can stay with a maximum of 18 people (plus extra beds). If you are more than 18 guests, you are welcome to book the Heustadl as well. The apartment is located in a historic farm and has a very individual charm.

Then our lovingly called "BrumBrum" is just the right place for you. You can enjoy our little paradise both in summer and winter. We are also happy to welcome young families. There is also room for three on the large bed.

The nearby Bavarian Alps and numerous lakes in the surrounding area offer a wide range of attractive leisure activities for all types all year round!

The house is located directly at the S-Bahn station to Munich or via Holzkirchen into the mountains. 60 sqm living room., two bedrooms. Comfortable for four people, with the single beds maximum six people. You will be a guest in my private accommodation, so there are personal items in it and the accommodation is well equipped, please treat it with respect and leave it clean.
