One full size bath with a tub/shower; and a fully-equipped kitchen with apartment size appliances. 1 mile to Downtown Holland. 1 block to Washington Square. Walking distance to Kollen Park and the Holland Farmers Market. Lake Michigan beaches are a short drive. PET FRIENDLY with a fenced yard!

You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Your own private entrance from the mudroom. Only a mile from 8th St Holland. Located in a safe, quiet, wooded, country neighborhood close to Grand Haven, and Holland, with access to many parks, beaches, and golf courses. The apartment is perfect for business travelers, couples or small families visiting the area.

Nestled in the woods on the northside of Holland just into Port Sheldon Township. Close to township beaches/parks and just 3 miles from Pigeon Lake public boat launch, which is connected to Lake Michigan. Home was remodeled in 2022, including new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. Home is on bike path that leads to downtown Holland (6 miles) and Grand Haven (14 miles). A couple miles north of home is Sandy Point Beach House restaurant with outdoor bar and seating area. Beautiful area!!

Two reserved parking spaces. 100% updated. The building dates to the 1890's and all the brick and flooring is original, but everything else is new while the character has been preserved.
