Located in the center of West Michigan, 20 min. to Grand Rapids, Grand Haven, Saugatuck, Lake Michigan. Use of the hot tub requires cleanliness considerations. Go in clean to keep it clean please.

Two reserved parking spaces. 100% updated. The building dates to the 1890's and all the brick and flooring is original, but everything else is new while the character has been preserved.

We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Norton Shores, right on Mona Lake! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, well-decorated, and thoughtfully prepared EVERYTHING was. By far the nicest home I’ve stayed at. The house felt like a true retreat—peaceful, inviting, and incredibly comfortable. One of our favorite features was the hot tub, which we enjoyed both during the day and under the stars at night. It was the perfect way to warm up after beach time or boating, especially since the weather was cooler than usual for June. The house had cozy spaces for everyone to relax, and it was fully stocked with everything we needed for an stress-free trip. This home was the perfect home base for our Muskegon adventures, and we’re so grateful for the chance to stay here. Highly recommend for families, dog owners, and anyone looking for a peaceful lakeside escape.

We had so much fun being here! The photos don’t do a great job at showing the foundation being so bad. The floors are so uneven and a lot of things need to be redone, but it’s clean and a perfect place for a getaway weekend!

Yemi's Place: Lux Macatawa Home, Hot Tub, Fire Pit

This house was gorgeous! Secluded and quiet, barely a 10 minute drive to downtown or a 20 minute walk! The beds were so comfortable and the space was well maintained. It's clear the owner takes great pride in the house! The hot tub and fire pit was an added and luxurious bonus.

We booked Megan’s place for a family getaway-12 of us total, 8 adults and 4 kids (8 and under). Her “nest” was so well appointed and she literally thought of everything for the littles: sidewalk chalk, games, bikes, a pool table in the garage, hammocks, pickleball sets. The beds were so comfortable, there were plenty of bathrooms for everyone. We literally took advantage of everything-the nearby park area, the hot tub, the fire pit. The only thing we didn’t expect is that the Lake Michigan beach was not really walkable distance from the house. It was just a short drive, however. If you have a big family this place is well worth the money. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at this Laketown Gem. The location is perfectly situated about 10-15 minutes from everything of interest to my family in the area, including Holland, Saugatuck, and multiple beaches. A very private place with a functioning hot tub, and the house was very clean. This place is the perfect size for multiple couples or two small families. There were only three of us, but there was plenty of room between the upstairs and downstairs living areas. The yard is amazing and well kept too. We are already thinking of planning a trip back next year, we just hope this place is available again for our next visit!!

This place is great, very close to grand haven with lots to do, the splash pad was a hit for the kids as well as the hot tub to relax in at the end of the day, the house is decorated nicely and stocked with everything you need, nice location and very clean. Eric really goes the extra mile to make sure you enjoy your stay, he is very quick to respond with any questions you may have. Thanknyou Eric for having this lovely property for my family and many other families to enjoy. Next time we plan a trip to the area i will definitely be looking to book this again!
