This was the perfect location for my needs. Walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants and waterfront trail. Easy access of hwy 401 and hwy 2. Lots of light, comfortable furnishings in living room and bedroom and a good working space. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful girls weekend and Bonnie was an amazing host. Clean ++ with all the amenities needed for a relaxing weekend: bonfire, fresh coffee every morning, snacks, bird watching, beautiful views and country roads to walk on! We were only minutes from St Anne’s Spa which was where we were heading and why we stayed here… perfect location! 20 minutes to delicious restaurants! Exceptional location, amazing host and would do it again!

I am working on Stoney Lake for another year and Owen's place is always my go-to! The Airbnb has an extremely large parking area for my large trucks, boats, and other equipment. It is always a pleasure to visit with the hosts and to enjoy the peaceful surroundings that their property offers. I highly recommend this Airbnb to families, contractors, and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in the Kawartha's.

A lovely hidden gem close to downtown. Beautifully decorated, surrounded by mature trees and green space, private, super clean, comfy beds and sofa…everything was 5 stars and more! Walkable to great restaurants and riverside trail systems throughout beautiful old neighborhoods. Sarah was an amazing host; very helpful, kind and responsive. Highly recommend!

Having lived in Cobourg we knew the area. The location was very good...close to stores and restaurants but in a quiet, low traffic area. The apartment was well decorated, clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked with basic pans and tools. It snowed while we were there and it was cleared quickly. For part of our stay the other Suite was occupied. We could hear water running from our bathroom but nothing else. We would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay at Shah's apartment. It's in an ideal location if you want to access central Toronto. The local GO rail service is excellent. The accommodation was very good with in house leisure facilities such as a swimming pool,steam room gym etc....The only small downside was the cleanliness of the apartment. Although the apartment was clean to a certain degree i think Shah should change his cleaner as the attention to detail in some areas was lacking. As a very good host i think Shah deserves a better service from his cleaner that the one he is currently receiving.

Julia’s place is beautiful! The apartment is cozy and comfortable; we felt right at home. The yard is beautiful and being able to sit on the patio for coffee and breakfast was lovely. Julia and her partner were great, and it made us smile, the few times were heard little feet above. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.
