SFIDA Residence is a luxury property in the old town of Korcula that features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. With the reconstruction of the existing facility, SFIDA Residence has retained all the original elements of construction, and in addition to the modern design of the design and technology, it has been transformed into a luxuriously furnished holiday residence. SFIDA Residence is equipped with WI-FI internet, LCD TVs, and all rooms are air conditioned and have underfloor heating.

Apartment Noela is located in the old town & city center of Korčula, in the first row of the houses, just above the sea. In one of the most attractive streets of Korčula old town, all within walking distance to ferry port, lovely restaurants, shops, wine and tapas bars, arts venues, historical monuments, pharmacy etc., 20 meters from steps to the sea and spots to swim.

Old Town Villa "Carpe Diem"

Carpe Diem is an air-conditioned entire house accomodation, set among old town core 500m from everything. There are 5 floors - first floor is an entrance with wine cellar, sauna and first bathroom. Next two upper floors are open-type bedrooms, each equipped with double bed and own bathroom. The entire fourth floor is a rustic styled kitchen, and the fifth floor is an under roof loft with an additional fifth and sixth single bed and sat-tv.
