Jacqui is a very friendly person and she can see that she strives to keep the house nice and very pleasant. It allowed us to get in early which saved us half a day , it was a great gesture. The house is very cozy it feels very familiar, has board games, books, Bacalar information, all the necessary kitchen supplies. The balcony with hammocks overlooking the lake is very comfortable.m, it has a keyboard to touch it right there. On the lake pier there is everything you need : 3 kayaks, 1 paddle board , 1 floating matte, vests, padmos, etc. We stayed 3 days but we would have loved to stay for several weeks. I'll definitely be back. It would be amazing if I did a 3-meter platform to jump into the witch's cenote as it would be a lot of fun.

excellent option to stay in chetumal, nothing like getting to a house to relax, great option for couples or families, the common areas very clean and safe. Highly recommended.

Very nice house. A little far from everything but we really enjoyed the pool, the pier and the kayak rides. The very large master bedroom, large TV with a beautiful view of the pier and the sea. There is a boy who lives there in a room on the property that is always on the lookout for the pool, in the mornings he put the kayaks on the dock to use them and at some point he gave us instructions to go to the village. Definitely worth it and we'll be back soon.

The best stay in Xul-Ha, the property is beautiful, it has everything you need, right by the lagoon so we didn't need to go out much to different places, it's everything you need for an excellent family vacation. The house is quite large, we loved that everyone had their space and privacy. The only thing I could recommend would be to change the showers, even so we could use them, however there was no good pressure. Lourdes' service was impeccable, she was very attentive the whole time and gave us all the recommendations! We will definitely be back!

I love the accommodation, it's to my liking, very good for vacationing since you have many things nearby, everything works and the accommodation is always clean, also very well thought out to enjoy. In the case of the hostess Claudia, she was super friendly at all times, always recommended things to do and was also attentive every day to see if we needed anything, really super attention, in the end I ended up knowing many good places thanks to her recommendations. I'd definitely go back to Bacalar again without a second thought.

We were just passing through to rest and the truth is that the place is very clean and tidy. Victor was attentive at all times and answered questions, he was always on the lookout. It had what we needed for our stay. Personally, the place worked well for us.

Carlos gave perfect instructions for our arrival. The lodging was excellent and as described. The resident dog allowed me to give it pets, which was an excellent experience. Highly recommended.

Excellent place to stay, quite spacious bedrooms, illuminated and clean; kitchen with utensil and necessities; bad point, only one bathroom, total capacity is for 6p so it is insufficient. Alberca with very enjoyable water, everything in optimal condition.

Our second time staying at this place. We love the location, the pool, and the roof top patio. The building manager is very helpful and offers local suggestions if asked. He works hard to keep the building and the yard looking wonderful. We will for sure be back again on our next trip to Mahahual.

We loved it! One of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed at. Very easy to find, just like the photos and very complete, many details that make the experience totally better. They were always attentive to us and even gave us recommendations for tours and places to eat and visit. We will definitely be back. The rooms are clean and in good condition, everything is wonderful.

It was such a clean space & just as shown on the pictures! perfect for my husband and I. It was amazing to be able to walk outside & go directly to the lagoon.

Hosts and staff are lovely! Large, secure walled compound with pretty garden, pool, sculptures, gallery and only 6 rental units. Monarca apartment is spacious with artistic decor and a good kitchen. Just a short walk to restaurants, tiendas, bakery and ATM. The beach and malecon are a 20 minute walk or 35 peso taxi ride away. The bicycles were uncomfortable with local roads full of potholes. Golf cart rental is an option. El Jardin Secreto is a very beautiful well maintained oasis! Thank you Cesar and Sabrina!

We had an absolutely fabulous time at Teresa’s home! Check in was flexible as we were delayed in Tulum. Teresa’s instructions were always super clear and so we didn’t have any issue finding the house at sunset, also there is a hotel next door with a restaurant in case you miss the supermarket! The house is about 10 minutes away from Bacalar town, it has a perfect view of the lagoon and everything you can need inside. The lagoon is super private as most boat trips are over on the other side of the town also. We absolutely loved being there and surrounded by nature, I would very much recommend the house!

Location Location Location! This is an incredible spot right on the beach. there is a very good coffee shop right in the building, but the apartment is equipped with a coffee maker if you want to make your own. Very well stocked apartment, pretty much everything you need is right there. the wifi worked very well too. The beach in front of the apartment was so clean and beautiful! One thing to note is there is not a queen size bed in either bedroom so just be aware if you're tall but by no means is this a reason pass on this apartment with gorgeous views. loved it!
