What a great place, beautiful decor and good amenities. The room is perfect for short stay in Bacalar. Everyone who took care of us was super friendly and, despite the fact that we checked in almost at midnight, we had an excellent arrival without any complications. Thank you thank you thank you

it's clean and very comfortable, with clean beds. You can enjoy its garden plot, which feels like peace and rest. The shower is perfect, with fresh towels The room is cleaned daily. The host is a source of wisdom, which makes your stay magical. The location is very comfortable as it is between the federal road where the ADO ( buses) is located and the lagoon.

Enjoyed our short trip to Xcalak. The owner was responsive and flexible and the local team were very kind and helpful… and they make awesome food! We were on the fence about having most of our meals there but are really glad we did. They were incredible! Condo was spacious and looked like the pictures but there were a few minor things that needed attention. There was no hand soap for any of the sinks and no drinking water left inside the unit (there were bottles in a cooler at the main dining area but we didn’t know about them until our second day). Power was out both days due to work in the area so they had a generator for use of electricity after 4pm which was appreciated for having AC while sleeping! Looks like they’re doing a lot of improvements so we’re excited to see the changes. Beds were comfortable and pier was amazing for stargazing! We’ll be back!

The cabins are on the beach, inside the cabins there is air conditioning, you can order by private bathroom in the rooms for an extra cost, you can ask for the extra food service, although I would recommend looking for alternative options, excellent location. Definitely an exceptional place to return to and would recommend.

The reception guy was great, very friendly, very smiling and very attentive to all our earrings, he made our stay very pleasant. Thank you very much

Acocote Inn is an amazing place. Snorkel to reef heads right from the beach or torture yourself with fly fishing for permit, this place is perfect. Rob, the host, wasn’t there but the caretaker Chucho and his family made us feel right at home. Absolutely no security concerns, peaceful, well located north of town…this place had it all. We’ll be back.

We stayed here for one night before heading to the airport and it was exactly what we were looking for. Clean room, beautiful courtyard, located a couple blocks from the center. Host also accommodated us when we asked to check in early.

This place was breathtaking and the views were stunning. My kids enjoyed swimming in the lagoon and kayaking. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in Bacalar!

Receptionist was so kind, location was perfect if you want some privacy. A/C unit worked great always cold and hot water never ran out. My only complaint was the taxi referral that was sent to us via WhatsA was rude and had us waiting for a taxi for an hour, luckily our receptionist was able to get us another taxi without issue. I wouldn’t recommend the service - Ad BenTours Bacalar Transfer +S2 983 140 63S4.

I appreciate the kindness of Bernardo and the staff who work on the facilities, a very nice place, clean and quiet. It is located is a very quiet area, 2 blocks away from the avenue and very close to the ADO bus terminal. Definitely a place to go back to.

Excellent place, good atmosphere, and the best part is that it is centrally located, although I was not offered the breakfast that other guests were offered. I didn't understand why they didn't offer it to me, but from there everything was very good.

Antonio and Ñora, who own the house, are very welcoming and friendly. Good conversation around the table. The room was clean, cozy, and had great design. The hammock on the balcony was wonderful for relaxing and reading in the afternoon. Nice view of the lagoon. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking to relax!

We are travelling overland by 2 X motorcycles and needed a safe space to work on the bikes, and plan / prepare for the next part of the journey. This was a perfect spot. supermarket, electrical store, bubble tea!!!, laundry and gym all within easy walking. Seafront is a short / cheap Uber away if you need it. Big private room with Aircon to organise all our stuff. WiFi is great for work catch-ups too. Check in was super easy. would happily stay again and definitely reccommend. Host super responsive and very helpful with all our odd travel related questions 🤠

The people were very friendly, we had problems with the water in the shower and immediately changed our rooms, always attentive. If you want an experience and live with nature is the perfect choice for you and your family.

My stay in Xula-blue was wonderful, it is such a beautiful and peaceful place! I would definitely book again on my next vacation, the very quiet lagoon for nothing, use the kayacks and eat. The room is clean and comfortable. Mr. Don Juan and his wife (who lived there) were aware of my family, they recommended places, they were always kind and helpful, do not hesitate to book here, I die to come back!!!
