Qué lindo lugar, hermosa decoración y buenas amenidades. El cuarto es perfecto para estancia corta en Bacalar. Todas quienes nos atendieron fueron súper amables y, a pesar de que hicimos check in casi a media noche, tuvimos una excelente llegada sin ninguna complicación. Gracias, gracias, gracias.

es alojamiento limpio y muy cómodo, con camas limpias. Puedes disfrutar de su parcela jardín, que te da la sensación de paz y descanso. La ducha es perfecta, con toallas limpias. La habitación la limpian a diario. La anfitriona es una fuente de sabiduría, lo que hace tu estancia mágica. La ubicación es muy cómoda, ya que está entre la carretera federal donde está el ADO ( buses) y la laguna.

Enjoyed our short trip to Xcalak. The owner was responsive and flexible and the local team were very kind and helpful… and they make awesome food! We were on the fence about having most of our meals there but are really glad we did. They were incredible! Condo was spacious and looked like the pictures but there were a few minor things that needed attention. There was no hand soap for any of the sinks and no drinking water left inside the unit (there were bottles in a cooler at the main dining area but we didn’t know about them until our second day). Power was out both days due to work in the area so they had a generator for use of electricity after 4pm which was appreciated for having AC while sleeping! Looks like they’re doing a lot of improvements so we’re excited to see the changes. Beds were comfortable and pier was amazing for stargazing! We’ll be back!

Las cabañas están a pie de playa, dentro de las cabañas hay aire acondicionado, pueden pedir por baño privado en las habitacion por un costo extra, se puede pedir el servicio de alimentos también extra, aunque les recomendaría buscar opciones alternas, excelente ubicación. Definitivamente un lugar excepcional al cual regreso y recomendaría.

El chico de recepción genial, muy amable, muy sonriente y muy atento a todos nuestros pendientes, nos hizo nuestra estancia muy agradable. Muchas gracias

Acocote Inn is an amazing place. Snorkel to reef heads right from the beach or torture yourself with fly fishing for permit, this place is perfect. Rob, the host, wasn’t there but the caretaker Chucho and his family made us feel right at home. Absolutely no security concerns, peaceful, well located north of town…this place had it all. We’ll be back.

We stayed here for one night before heading to the airport and it was exactly what we were looking for. Clean room, beautiful courtyard, located a couple blocks from the center. Host also accommodated us when we asked to check in early.

Receptionist was so kind, location was perfect if you want some privacy. A/C unit worked great always cold and hot water never ran out. My only complaint was the taxi referral that was sent to us via WhatsA was rude and had us waiting for a taxi for an hour, luckily our receptionist was able to get us another taxi without issue. I wouldn’t recommend the service - Ad BenTours Bacalar Transfer +S2 983 140 63S4.

Fue un gran lugar para hospedarme, la atención de las personas que trabajan ahí es la mejor, siempre están atentos a brindar el mejor servicio. El lugar muy limpio y muy buena ubicación

El alojamiento es impecable, los servicios superaron mis expectativas. Definitivamente lo recomiendo.

Agradezco la amabilidad de Bernardo y del personal que trabaja en las instalaciones, un lugar muy agradable, limpio y silencioso. Está ubicado es una zona muy tranquila, a 2 cuadras de la avenida y muy cerca de la terminal de autobuses ADO. Sin duda un lugar para regresar.

Grata experiencia en este hostal, se ubica en un punto clave de bacalar para caminar, andar en bici ir a tour. Buen precio. Solo se puede mejorar el aspecto de la cocina compartida Los anfitriones fueron una gran ayuda y con disposición para ayudar

Antonio and Ñora, who own the house, are very welcoming and friendly. Good conversation around the table. The room was clean, cozy, and had great design. The hammock on the balcony was wonderful for relaxing and reading in the afternoon. Nice view of the lagoon. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking to relax!

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb. Es ist etwas abgelegen vom Zentrum, jedoch in ca 5 Autominuten mit dem Taxi erreichbar. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es einen großen Supermarkt und ein Subway Restaurant. Die Küche bietet alles was man braucht. Räume sowie Dusche und Toilette sind sehr sauber und geräumig. Wir wurden an unserem letzten Abend von der Gastgeberin sowie ihrer Tochter zu einem Ausflug in die Stadt eingeladen, wo sie uns ein paar Sehenswürdigkeiten zeigten. Am nächsten Morgen wurden wir sogar an die Bushaltestelle gefahren. Gastfreundschaft wird sehr groß geschrieben. Wir können einen Aufenthalt hier sehr empfehlen.

Las personas fueron muy amables, tuvimos problemas con el agua en la regadera y de manera inmediata nos cambiaron de habitación, siempre atentos. Si quieres una experiencia y convivir con la naturaleza es la opción perfecta para ti y tu familia.

Mi estancia en Xula-azul fue maravillosa, es un lugar tan bonito y lleno de paz! Sin duda volvería a reservar en mis próximas vacaciones, la laguna muy tranquila para nada, usar los kayacks y comer. La habitación limpia y cómoda. El señor Don Juan y su esposa (quienes vivían ahí) estuvieron al tanto de mi familia, nos recomendaron lugares, siempre fueron amables y serviciales, no duden en reservar aquí, muero por regresar!!! Mil gracias por recibir a mi familia y mascota
