Cozy house in a great location We felt very comfortable and happy that we were allowed to bring our dog. There is a sauna, the living room is very cozy, the terrace and the garden are nice and sunny and the location perfect for us. Just a few small things we wanted to note. The bedrooms couldn't be darkened. Extra curtains would be a great thing here. The bathroom smelled unpleasant due to an open washing machine. We were able to get a grip on this through a rubber glove. The lower sled of the dishwasher is broken, so it was difficult to load. Unfortunately, there was no wifi in the lower bedroom Apart from these little things overall a recommended and very cozy accommodation due to the underfloor heating and the cozy sofa, which is especially great for dog owners due to the proximity to the NSG mining ground. Thank you for this, if we are in the area again we will be happy to come back.

It is a beautiful tiny house with a morning and evening terrace, in absolute silence. Lovingly, crazy furnished, which was perfect for us! Also perfect with our dogs!Everything we needed was there. Chemnitz, Aue, Schwarzenberg and Gotha, Zwickau are close and super interesting! The best thing for us, as gourmets and former restaurateurs, was the Jägerklause in Waldbach! Extremely good, homemade food!!! Asparagus, fish, game burger, roast really great! (Opening hours!) This short break was so successful!!! We will repeat it!

I had a few very relaxing days in the Grünhäuschen. The accommodation is lovingly furnished, clean and quiet – perfect for switching off. Everything was as described, WiFi and amenities worked great. Unfortunately, I was unable to meet Tímea and Gábor in person, but the communication was consistently friendly and reliable. Thank you for this beautiful retreat – I'd love to come back!

The accommodation is perfect for a relaxing stay. You have everything you need in the apartment, it is clean and tidy and is in the immediate vicinity of the forest.

Absolutely great place! If you want to stay in the middle of the forest and have a rest from the world, this is what you need 🥰

Nice space for larger groups. The contact with Petra was great. We had smaller children with us and had to be very careful because of the road, as it runs close to the house. For older children, however, this should not be a problem

Super neat stay. The surroundings are wonderful for nature lovers. We were with 3 children, and had plenty of sleeping space. The sauna and play area are a big plus.

We spent a few days with friends in this beautiful, rustic house over Pentecost. It was great! The house is very lovingly furnished with many more things than you would expect from a holiday accommodation. There was a lot to discover. There was nothing missing, everything was very clean. The fireplace provided cosy warmth on these rather cool days. The property is fenced and has a large seating area for barbecue evenings. BBQ and fire pit are also available. The location is quiet and ideal for hiking. There is a restaurant just around the corner. Katerina and Katja were great hosts who were easily accessible and on site for arrival and departure. Dorit was very helpful, we had booked here for an activity nearby. Due to change of plans, we should have canceled our overnight stay. Since someone else was looking for another place for the same event, he could take over the place from us without any problem. Dorit was very helpful in this for which thank you.

Great accommodation for a larger group in beautiful surroundings. Facility a bit old, but clean and as described. Large lounge with fireplace, sauna and also large property with covered barbecue, pool, small playground, etc. Host responded very quickly to requests. The water quality is not outstanding, quite strong chlorine smell and yellowish colour, we then preferred to get water canisters from the supermarket for cooking. Apart from that, everything was fine, we had a few very nice days. Thank you.

We stayed at John's place for 2 nights. The cottages are really superbly furnished and are not too small for a family of 4. So here you can also stand it longer. 😊 In the kitchen and bathroom, things like coffee filters, salt, shampoo, toilet paper were available to avoid having to go shopping right away - except food of course. 😉 You can walk right by the house into the forest. 👍 It was not so quiet with us on the WE, which is certainly the case - because there was a dog tournament with us. Otherwise, I can definitely recommend the accommodation and we will definitely come back.

Our stay in the loft was extremely nice and is worth a trip! Due to the varied, clean and extravagant furnishings, you could always discover something new. The location with the adjacent and shared garden was very nice and especially interesting for children. Fresh eggs from the house's own chickens in the morning were the icing on the cake for the accommodation! Highly recommended, even for a large group!

everything is simply furnished, but there is everything you need. Location very quiet and nicely located. Cities can be reached quite quickly by car. Very nice hiking/walking routes nearby... you can relax there even without snow and enjoy a lot

Too bad you can't give more than 10 points! The apartment is perfectly furnished - beautiful, modern, spacious and cozy. Everything was available. The views from the Erzalm are amazing. The town center with restaurants, bakers and shopping is a 5-minute walk away. We felt very comfortable with Fam. Lorenz. Thank you!

We had a very pleasant stay. The place is highly suitable for 8 people for a nice stay right in the middle of prestine nature. Highlight here was the grill place. The host communicated pretty much everything we need. We will come again. Highly recommend if you are visiting Karlovy Vary.

Beautiful house with spacious garden which is great for children. We felt very comfortable and didn't miss anything! It was especially nice that wood was provided for the small stove. Very cozy!

We were in the house from 5-9.6.25 and are very enthusiastic. For our grandchildren (1 & 4 years old) it was heavenly. We particularly liked the very comfortably furnished kitchen. Everything was there from the milk frother to the vacuum cleaner. The room layout was very functional. Katerina & Roman have created a fine gem. Everything went very smoothly. The smooth owl is very idyllically located by the forest and the equipment was above average. Glad to come back!

Everything was great apartment was clean in a great location, the kitchen was fully equipped, we didn't miss the center within 5 minutes. I highly recommend this amusement of Tatiana was nice and she also provided us with parking in the underground garage.

We stayed with a toddler for 1 night in the accommodation. Everything worked out great. Great apartment with stylish furnishings. Should we be in the area again, we will be happy to come back.

We were a little shocked when Anna apologised for the 'unrenovated' house just before we left. When we arrived, we were shocked, the house did not look so great. But once the door of the apartment was open, it was great! Just as described and in the photos. The only apartment with new windows. Heated, carpeted, blankets, slippers. Basic kitchen equipment, bedding, towels were present. Very quiet neighborhood, only a bullfinch kept up its serenade all day. Thanks Anna, was a wonderful stay!

Mr. Ludvik, he was helpful with everything , he responded right away was just fine and the owner is willing
