Summer cottage on the quiet, scenic Ikkeläjoki river. The main cottage has water from its own well, water toilet, sauna, kitchen and fireplace. All cottages have electricity. The larger cottage has a TV. On the beach, there is a wood-heated beach sauna. Water for the beach sauna is taken from the river. The cottages have blankets and pillows, and if necessary, linens and towels will be arranged at a separately agreed price. The guest cleans the accommodation at the end, and if separately agreed, a separate price will be charged for cleaning. Drinking water must be brought.

Villa Yöpöllö is located in Karvia, surrounded by nature and with good transport connections. The main building has been completely renovated. The cottage has a separate bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom. The bathroom has a toilet, a shower and a washing machine. Sleeping places for 4 + a travel cot. The outbuildings have also been renovated. The cosy courtyard has a barbecue shelter, an outdoor sauna, a changing room, a hot tub, a natural pond and an ice hole in winter. A modest, over 100 years old stockhouse in a little village in the archipelago of Maxmo in Vöyri. The atmosphere is calm and quiet in the village. The place is 10 km from the local center and 40 km from the city center of Vaasa, the capital of the Pohjanmaa/Österbotten county. The region is about 50:50 bilingual finnish-swedish speaking, but the archipelago is nearly 100 % Swedish speaking. Many people speak both languages. English is a common foreign language. You get by with english very well.

Mökki sijaitsee leirintäalueella, jossa yhteiskäytössä wc, suihkut ja hyvin varusteltu tilava keittiötila ruokailutiloineen. Mökissä oma terassi. Loistavat ulkoilumahdollisuudet luontopolkuja pitkin lähistöllä sekä näkötorni ja idyllinen vanha kalasatama. Tänne tullaan nauttimaan luonnosta, mutta luksus"teltassa".

Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

The cottage is in a quiet location, which is bordered on two sides by a park area, a road and another free plot. In summer, there is a swimming area, a jogging track and nature trails nearby. In winter, there are ski trails of different levels and routes for longer runs. Ski resort within a short drive, with a sledding hill for the little ones.

Cozy granny cottage in the courtyard of a farmhouse, with beds for four people upstairs. During the summer, there is a cooling device upstairs. Downstairs there is a sauna and a washing area, as well as a kitchen with a TV and a pull-out sofa bed (115 cm when pulled out). Steep stairs lead to the upper floor. Pets are welcome in the cottage with their owners, but they should not be left alone in the cottage for a long time.
