Barbecue area is by the shore where you can prepare a meal for a wave puppy and bird chirping. 14 km to Luleå center. There is a wood-burning stove in the cabin. The sauna is wood-fired.

Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Small apartment centrally located in Luleå with private entrance, hall, bathroom and bedroom. There is no kitchen, but there is a small fridge, microwave, kettle and simple utensils. There is street parking right outside the house. We live in the apartment next to it. It's an interior door between the apartments but it's blocked and well insulated so it's not that responsive between the apartments. Cozy and affordable property!
