The apartment is located along the shore of the lake, from which, through large glazed rocks, you can see the lake itself and the surrounding mountains. It is ideal for relaxing and escaping the city bustle. Couples can enjoy the intimacy of the accommodation, and due to the capacity of 5 adults, pleasant family gatherings are also possible. In summer, you can swim in the lake and enjoy the outdoor terrace, while winter offers accommodation in the warmth of the indoor fireplace. The heating is automated with pellets, while you can use the fireplace for an additional atmosphere.

Luxury Residence Metlika

The Luxury Residence Metlika features a spacious bedroom, a living room with wellness and kitchen, and a bathroom. The bedroom is equipped for two people and is separated from the central part by a door. The kitchen is equipped with modern and all necessary cooking equipment. In the central part there is a dining table, a leather sofa bed on which two people can sleep and a TV with Playstation 5. In the wellness area, we have a Finnish and infrared sauna and a jacuzzi with a TV. The bathroom is separated by a door. Outside the apartment there is a terrace and free parking.

The property is located outside the populated area, 0.5 km from the main road leading to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. The house was built in summer/autumn 2022. The surrounding of RA HOUSE is full of natural beauty, picnic spots, interesting destinations for rest and entertainment. It is situated only 20 km away from National Park.

4M Apartment

Apartment 4M is located at the Krlenac 18 Promenade. As it is a dead end, this can guarantee minimal vehicle traffic, thus ensuring privacy and peace. The center of Ogulin is about 850 meters or about 10 minutes on foot. The apartments are located on the first floor and the ground floor of a detached house, offering a beautiful view of Mount Klek through the window. There is a parking lot in the yard, and guests can use a large garden where they can relax in a natural environment.
