A fixer-upper. The house is ready now with some ongoing projects. The house is one bedroom on top of a two-car garage so being able to climb steps is a must to enter the living space. The house is located in town. Less than a 5-minute stroll to the lake passing a coffee and ice cream shop, a consignment shop, an art gallery, etc. This is a great place to stay for the Harbor Town Weekend in September. Explore Northern Michigan year round! Of note: the 3/4 bathroom is connected to the cabin, but accessed from outside the cabin.

The space is located above a bar. So...it can be a little noisy for some. But if you are ok with some noise or don't normally turn in until later in the evening, we are for you.
