Two-room apartment with Doble room and private bathroom, in a single house with garden. Independent entrance. Located in a rural area 15 km from Lake Garda and from Verona city. A 10 min walk from the SPA Terme "Aquardens" and Congress Center "Villa Quaranta". . The apartment has a complete kitchenette with accessories, a coffee machine and microwave. You will find salt, oil, vinegar, coffee, sugar, milk and tea. The price for the second host is 20€

The apartment, recently renovated, offers two spacious bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is a third room with the possibility of setting up an additional single bed. There is a private garage, 7 m long and 2.60 m wide.
