Holiday rentals with a patio in Oshal

The Condo was beautifully designed and was homely enough to stay with my family. The help was available during the day and would assist with household chores. Anuradha was responsive and ensured we had a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend the place!

I stayed with my family at Manjul’s place for 2 nights. The location was great, near the beach ( 5min drive). The house was neat clean, caretaker was always there, and had all the required amenities. Also the pool was great. Thanks for hosting us, Manjul.

We had the most wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Goa! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The duplex is absolutely beautiful, tastefully done, and located in a peaceful society that made our trip even more relaxing. The serene surroundings and cozy interiors made it hard for us to leave! A special mention to Bharti didi, who was incredibly sweet and took great care of us. She truly made our stay extra special. Shalvika, our host, was fantastic—always in touch, coordinating everything seamlessly, and ensuring we had a hassle-free experience. The only small downside was that the pool wasn’t as clean as we had hoped, and the society’s pool rules were quite strict, so we couldn’t enjoy it as much as we wanted. But honestly, everything else was so perfect that it didn’t take away from our amazing experience. If you’re looking for a warm, comfortable, and homely stay in Goa, this is the place to be! Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place looked exactly like the photo beautiful and true to what was shown online. The view was stunning, and the entire stay was incredibly comfortable and relaxing. It was the perfect getaway.The only issue we faced was with the parking. While they do provide parking, the space is quite small. If you're driving a larger vehicle like a Thar or an SUV, it can be a bit challenging to park. Other than that, everything was perfect and we really enjoyed our time there!

Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.

Must visit home stay if you are near Pernem. It is spacious, well maintained and clean house with a touch of traditional vibes all around. Thanks to Ranjita for helping out with the of the dates. Villa was nice.. We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Assagao. Nestled in a quiet, lush neighborhood, the property perfectly blends Goan charm with modern comforts. My stay was wonderful! The host, Ms. Mohini, was always reachable and very helpful throughout. The interiors were beautifully done, and the lighting created a warm and welcoming ambiance. I particularly loved the photo frames and flower vases — they added a lovely touch to the space. The caretaker was also available at all times, which made the stay even more comfortable. The only suggestion I have is to include a pressure cooker or an electric cooker in the kitchen, as it was missing. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a pleasant and comfortable stay!

The best thing about this property is it's location. Its right on the beach facing road and all you have to do is walk a few steps and enter the beach. You get a complete view of ocean right from your gallery. As for home, it's nice cozy place which is well maintained and clean. All the amenities function perfectly. Host lipy was very prompt in making sure that our stay is comfortable. She even arranged a small household item when we requested for it. Cheers to her for that. Some improvement could be done in wifi as it as was getting disconnected regularly. Also one needs to know that the place is quite small in size and not as big as it appears in the pictures. Overall it was a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Thank you Sumer for a great stay! The duplex apartment was spotless and some thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. The location was perfect being so close to many iconic restaurants and local attractions. The home was cozy and clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Sumer was very accommodating and provided great local resturant tips. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay and he allowed us a late check out at a nominal fee. Great and modern place artistically done by Dinesh. Everything from beaches to best food places are in very close vicinity. 10 minutes to Baga/Anjuna/Calangute, 30 minutes to Morjim/Ashvem and less than 5 minutes to great food places. Walking distance to grocery. So, can't ask for more. A very clean place with well stocked kitchen with all amenities you need. All sides balconies around the flat and big tree views around give you a very nice resort'ish feel. Definitely recommend. Keep up the good work. We had a good time. Thank you.
