Holiday rentals with a patio in Osbourn

Great find! Short stroll to Fryers Beach, views over the sea. There is currently construction right next door, but unless you sit on the balcony of the apartment all day it wont bother you. We hardly noticed it. Apartment was lovely, had all the amenities we needed and a lovely welcome basket, which went down a treat. The air con in the bedroom was a little noisy at night, but the fan was cool enough for us to sleep. Overall well worth the money , had an amazing stay! Host was super friendly and very responsive. Definitely recommend!

This property is an older property and there was a hot water issue when I arrived. Nevertheless, the apartment was spacious and well-appointed with an AC that worked exceptionally well. It had all the practical amenities that mattered and an unexpected plus of a generator that worked when the electricity went out during my stay.

Very lovely stay at the Unforgettable Garden, although not fancy its well worth the money. Peaceful surroundings, walking distance to the Catamaran Club. However a taxi is needed in order to get downtown by the Yacht Club. Ron and Dinah are super nice, helpful and very responsive. Really good hosts! The address and how to get there is not accurately shown in Airbnb, but once the taxi driver understood it was the Unforgettable Garden, then it was all clear. Simply solved by updating the address and how to get there. I was unfortunate to have some load speaking neighbours who every morning at 7 a.m. sat down outside my window. And it did intrude privacy a lot, feeling they almost were in the room and could see into my bed. Had to put the bed cover covering the window to block visibility into the room.

Tiziano was a great host and gave us some great recommendations for local spots. The place was exactly like the photos—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The pool was amazing, especially after a long day at the beach. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would 1000% recommend this place to anyone!

The apartment is big and beautiful, fully equipped with everything needed. Easy way to enter the apartment, communication with Rosely was easy and prompt. We were very happy to have found this place. We recommend it fully.

Our stay at the airbnb was great. It was spotless, clean, spacious, and well appointed with modern appliances. The layout of the apartment was good and felt homely. It was comfortable and could easily accommodate a family of 4. The washing machine and dryer was a a huge plus. I reserved this apartment and another one of Keamone's listings that was literally steps away. Keamone is a great host, she responded to all my questions in a timely manner even before I made the resevation. During the stay she checked in with me to make sure every thing is okay and to address any concerns I may have. SN: I rented a car to get around and it was the best decision because it allowed us to explore at our own pace and it felt like all the major touristy things are anywhere from 20-30 mins away. I would definitely stay here again!

Ralph's place certainly has the WOW factor. The outdoor area with infinity pool overlooking the bay was just glorious. We were fortunate to be the only ones staying here so had this area all to ourselves. The kitchen was well appointed, plenty of space inside and nicely decorated. You will need a car to get around. Ralph was always responsive. Would recommend staying here.

Our holiday at John’s place was super. The apartment is very clean and tidy. It is better than on the pictures. John is very friendly, Andrei welcomed us at the arrival and gave us all the information. We hope to come back soon. Also the position is perfect, close to jolly harbour, the supermarket and the best beaches. Many restaurants in the nearby. Thank you guys!!!

We stayed for 4 weeks at Franz & Korin's Villa. It had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful time in Jolly Harbour. Franz was excellent at communicating with us and provided us with information before arriving and during our stay. He set up our driver, Randi who is awesome, for transport. The condo was spacious and was enjoyed by us and our friends. Bedrooms were large with bathrooms in each. The kitchen has all the utensils and pots you will need to cook. We used their covered deck a lot for eating and relaxing. We loved being on the water and were lucky they had two stand-up paddle boards. We took leave from the deck to paddle the harbour. Franz organized a golf cart which you will need if you don't have a car. We loved the location of the villa. It was 5 minutes from North Beach. A beautiful beach to do yoga, swim, paddle, and watch sunsets. Thank you Franz & Korin. As we say in French, jusqu'à la prochaine fois! Until next time!

Absolutely perfect stay! My wife, two kids, and I had an amazing time at Elena’s villa. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Elena went above and beyond—even having basic groceries waiting for us when we arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long trip. Anytime we needed anything, she was quick to respond and incredibly helpful. The location is unbeatable—just a few steps from a beautiful, quiet beach. The AC in every room was a huge bonus, especially after hot days at the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would love to return

We had a great stay at the villa. Spacious and comfortable rooms and great views of the sparkling bay. We loved watching sunrise and having a first swim before breakfast. The private access to the sea is amazing and comes with sunbeds for relaxing under the sun. Hung organized for us the transfer from/to airport, which was perfect. He also gave us information about car rentals. Long bay is 5 minute walk from the villa. The other beaches are at least 30 minutes drive. Our favourite one was Half Moon Bay. At night we could hear loud music from nearby resorts, but it usually ended at about 10 PM, so it wasn't a problem for us. Marilyn prepared for us delicious meals.

We had a great stay at this villa, one of the nicest we’ve stayed in for an air bnb. The space was fully equipped with everything we needed, from the interiors to the outdoor spaces, making our stay both relaxing and convenient. We had our own rental car, which made it easy to explore not just Jolly Harbour, but also other parts of the island. We would definitely recommend hiring a car for this villa. There’s so much to see and do nearby, and this villa was the perfect home base for it all. While there is some construction happening around the villa, it didn’t bother us at all and didn’t take away from our overall experience. Thank you Scott!

We were not even there 5min and my SO had her phone out planning a return stay for next year with family. That’s how nice this place is. From the first minute in the villa to the last minute of our stay, everything was awesome. Everything needed for a truly comfortable stay is there. Now I know why there are so many great reviews. GT

What a wonderful stay we had! Cheri is an outstanding host! She gave us recommendations, checked on us often and was available for any questions we had and was very helpful! The Villa is exactly as described and the pictures are accurate. Beautiful, clean, comfortable home, well appointed with everything you need. The pool is perfect for cooling off on a hot day or relaxing in the evening and our kids loved it. We would definitely stay again. Long Bay is a short walk away and beautiful for swimming. The property is private and peaceful and feels homey. 10 out of 10!

We had a lovely stay. The place was quiet and clean. James was responsive and helpful. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a beautiful space close to Jolly Harbour and the town.

Though my time was limited I enjoyed my brief encounter. The home was clean, nicely set up and the area was very peaceful. Natalie was respectful, responsive, and sweet. A great person overall, she made me feel very welcomed. I do suggest either getting a rental or a trusted driver to be able to move around if you’re are looking to move around freely.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! It was the perfect getaway, with everything we needed just a short 5-minute walk from the beach. The location was ideal, and the space itself was cozy and welcoming. We couldn't have asked for a better spot to relax and enjoy the sun with the kids. Beautiful view all day around. Liz was always super responsive and cam by one time to check on a matter that was immediately resolved. We would love to stay here again :) Thank you Liz and your co-hosts!!!

Sarah was very responsive and very helpful, throughout. The location is perfect, the Villa is very nice and spacious, with a spacious balcony overlooking the pond to one side and the beach to another side. The beautiful Dickenson Bay Beach is only one minute’s walking distance. The kitchen has everything required for the self-catering needs, bathrooms and bedrooms are very satisfactory. The whole place is very welcoming.

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful villa just a couple of minutes from the beach and within a 15 minute walk of several great marina side restaurants. The local beach is fantastic, watching the sunset in the evening with a cocktail from Sandra's beach bar was magical and the location of the villa is perfect. We managed to explore much of the island and were left in no doubt that we were staying in the perfect location in terms of the proximity of many of the best beaches on the island. Chelsey and Jenny were very helpful and the accommodation was perfect, we wouldn't have changed a thing. The large deck in particular was fantastic, a lovely place to start and end the day. Hopefully one day we will be lucky enough to return.

This villa is perfectly located right on one of the best beaches in Antigua. The setting is absolutely stunning-just steps from the soft white sand and crystal-clear water. The villa itself is modern, spotless, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There are a couple of restaurants on-site that are convenient and enjoyable, but Gayle also provided some fantastic local recommendations that were absolutely brilliant. Gayle is an amazing host-warm, helpful, and incredibly responsive. She went out of her way to make sure everything ran smoothly, and even accommodated a late check-out due to my evening flight, which I truly appreciated. This place far exceeded my expectations-it's truly heaven on Earth, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Looking at photos is one thing, but opening the door of Lorraines flat and actually being there was somehign else. Omg!!!! I cannot wait to be back . Lorraines flat is just perfect , the loaction , the decor, the comfort, the space , the facilties to cook . Lorraine left water and snacks and coffee and tea and milk ready for me . The balcony opens up and the whole kitchen and sitting area and balcony become one big open plan area. The view is breathtaking. Lorraine is always present , and replies immediately. Thank you Thank you Thank you . Everything was so nice . The gardens , the pool , Atta the gardener is lovely and tells you all about the garden and the big avocato tree. I could go on and on here but I will let all of you discover the wonders of Lorraines place by yourselves . I will definitely be back very soon . Thank you Lorraine for being and amazing host . Cathy was an extremely hospitable and friendly host and we loved every minute of staying at her condo. The condo was in a beautiful setting with wonderful views (we saw stingrays, herons and mongooses from our balcony!), the furniture was lovely (new and with very comfortable beds and bedsheets), and the place was kept very clean. We particularly appreciated the fact that Dickenson Beach was just a few steps away. Thank you, Cathy for a fantastic stay!

I celebrated my birthday at Annette’s home and I can honestly say it was everything as expected. Before we even arrived, Annette was super helpful with instructions for the place, recommendations on where to visit while visiting , etc. The moment we walked in Necole ( the host ) was there and immediately gave us a warm greeting. She was also such a great help with everything. Everything was spotless, there were no issues, everything was perfect. This place is secluded, private and so peaceful, yet still close enough(35min drive) to all of Antiguas attractions. Next time I visit, I will definitely be using Annette’s home 😊. I 100% recommend using if you are visiting Antigua.
