Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Osbourn

We (a couple) stayed at the Hummingbird Villa April 2025 and had a great stay. The villa was very accurately described by the photos and was modern and clean. The two decks had a beautiful view of the sunset - watching the sunset each night was our favorite part of the trip! Debbie was very communicative. We had a super minor maintenance issue, which Debbie resolved quickly and easily. The condo is about 10-15mins outside of St. Johns, which makes for a peaceful surrounding, but you will definitely need to rent a car to stay here. Our favorite beach was Deep Bay beach, which was a 5 minute drive further down the road on which the condo complex is located. Definitely worth checking out and make sure you get a fresh grilled lobster from Just Grillin'!

We had a great stay at the villa. Spacious and comfortable rooms and great views of the sparkling bay. We loved watching sunrise and having a first swim before breakfast. The private access to the sea is amazing and comes with sunbeds for relaxing under the sun. Hung organized for us the transfer from/to airport, which was perfect. He also gave us information about car rentals. Long bay is 5 minute walk from the villa. The other beaches are at least 30 minutes drive. Our favourite one was Half Moon Bay. At night we could hear loud music from nearby resorts, but it usually ended at about 10 PM, so it wasn't a problem for us. Marilyn prepared for us delicious meals.

What a wonderful stay we had! Cheri is an outstanding host! She gave us recommendations, checked on us often and was available for any questions we had and was very helpful! The Villa is exactly as described and the pictures are accurate. Beautiful, clean, comfortable home, well appointed with everything you need. The pool is perfect for cooling off on a hot day or relaxing in the evening and our kids loved it. We would definitely stay again. Long Bay is a short walk away and beautiful for swimming. The property is private and peaceful and feels homey. 10 out of 10!

Jamila was readily available ensuring our stay was comfortable. House was clean and light Atmosphere was calming and relaxing. Peaceful and quiet environment, loved it! Very modern space and furniture. Greatest outdoor space. Close to town, grocery stores, runaway beach and restaurants. Overall excellent. We highly recommend this place to stay in Antigua. We would definitely stay here again as our first choice.

Excellent location if you want peace and quiet and beautiful beaches nearby to relax and enjoy all that is Antigua. Central to both St. Johns and English Harbor with a car. Right near Jolly Harbor where you can get groceries, use ATM and quite a few great restaurants. We were sorry to miss Kat as her and Trev were on holiday when we stayed but she was extremely helpful with check-in, recommendations and directions and reached out to us multiple times to ensure our stay went well. Additionally we had a nice beach lounge basket given to us from Trev's business for use on Crabbe Hill beach everyday which made relaxing in the sun all the better. We can't wait to visit again and will surely being staying at Kat's place again when we do! Couldn't ask for a better spot to soak up the sun and stress free and relax! We had a wonderful stay at Nonsuch Bay during the quiet off-season—so peaceful and relaxing. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had stunning views. We loved having access to three beautiful pools on the resort. Natasha was an amazing host—super responsive and went above and beyond, even arranging a surprise birthday massage! I would definitely recommend hiring a car, as things are a bit spread out and not really walkable… unless you move a long hike! Breeze, the on-site restaurant, is great, but not much else is walkable. Highly recommend this location for a tranquil getaway. Also, don’t miss Shirley Heights for incredible views and sunset!

Our stay at the shell cottage was great! The location was private and had private fencing which made it feel safe. The house was clean and cozy! Saveena was helpful with all communication prior to our arrival. We didn’t need anything additional during our stay, but Alyson and Tony were readily available and responsive once we arrived. Check in and check out were seamless. They provided some local recommendations for restaurants. I would recommend staying here and look forward to returning in the future.

The villa and the view were even better than we had hoped for—and we had high hopes! So private, like a personal paradise. Having our own bbq and pool to ourselves was worth every penny. Didn’t see many options on the island for a private pool. Simonetta and Skep were wonderfully attentive and responsive. There’s a book of all the information you’d need to know, too. We would absolutely recommend and we hope to come back one day! Don’t hesitate to book this stay :)

Natasha, the concierge, was outstanding. She helped us with reservations, flat tires, and proactively guidance. Absolutely wonderful and helped make the trip special. The condo itself was as described and the pictures are accurate. The bedrooms have air conditioning which was much needed. The rooms are spacious and it was nice to have the outdoor patio with a table for eating. There were no cushions for the outdoor furniture and loungers, and the primary bedroom balcony had no chairs. Be aware, you cannot see the water when seated on any balcony: the concrete railing is too high. We were aware when we booked, but note the resort is on a secluded part of the island so it’s not walkable. You have to drive to any groceries / provisions. The Breeze restaurant is not open every night of the week. It’s a lovely spot and the food was good.

Danielle’s apartment is spacious with a wonderful view in a quiet neighborhood. There are many restaurants and beaches to choose from that are close by. Danielle was very responsive and helpful with any inquires/ questions throughout our stay. Would highly recommend it!

I cannot begin to share how wonderful this Airbnb was as well as our hostess Derrica. from the very beginning, her communication was prompt and clear she made us feel completely at home. The location was beautiful with all the amenities and exactly as picture and more. Our favorite place was the top level patio, where we can see the sunrise and sunset in the horizon. We can see the oceans and boats passing through. It was like a picture book. The building grounds was private and very accessible to us. I especially like all the usage of up-to-date, security technology, and we felt very safe. I will definitely recommend her and this Airbnb wholeheartedly and will definitely plan on using it when I return to Antigua.

Our stay at Bananaquit Apartment was absolutely fantastic. The property is exactly as described—beautiful, well-equipped, and with all the amenities you could possibly need. The BBQ area was a great bonus and made our evenings even more enjoyable. Karen was incredibly helpful from the moment we booked, providing detailed information including a discounted car hire recommendation for her guests. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and shown to the apartment, which included a comprehensive guidebook filled with helpful tips on local beaches, restaurants, and things to do—such a thoughtful touch that really enhanced our stay. The grounds are truly special, offering plenty of space and privacy. The pool and jetty quickly became our favorite spots to relax and unwind. We had an amazing time and are already looking forward to returning the next time we're in Antigua!

Ralph's place certainly has the WOW factor. The outdoor area with infinity pool overlooking the bay was just glorious. We were fortunate to be the only ones staying here so had this area all to ourselves. The kitchen was well appointed, plenty of space inside and nicely decorated. You will need a car to get around. Ralph was always responsive. Would recommend staying here.

We loved it here! We spent a week driving around the entire island - and while a lot of places are very beautiful and fun, we kept thinking how happy we were to stay in Dickenson Bay. The beach is right next to the resort - literally a minute away. The grounds are impeccable lots of pretty flowers, bushes and trees, with multiple workers taking care of the grounds daily. It’s fenced and felt very secure, with very pleasant security guards. Overall, can’t recommend this area and specifically this unit enough. There are 2 restaurants right next to the place, one also operating a bar. They have down-time between lunch and dinner (4 to 6) and we found that often places wanted reservations even when fairly empty. We did rent a car and would recommend you do the same, unless you are skittish about left-side driving and island roads. While the room is a little dated and isn’t fancy, it was perfect for our family of 3, a fantastic “home base” to explore the island from!

I can only add more praises to all previous good reviews. What a great place! It's very clean, comfortable, private, and well stocked too. The location is really good, very close to the beach (what we were after). The hosts are very responsive and always ready to help with tips and advice. Would highly recommend it.

Sarah was very responsive and very helpful, throughout. The location is perfect, the Villa is very nice and spacious, with a spacious balcony overlooking the pond to one side and the beach to another side. The beautiful Dickenson Bay Beach is only one minute’s walking distance. The kitchen has everything required for the self-catering needs, bathrooms and bedrooms are very satisfactory. The whole place is very welcoming.

This villa is perfectly located right on one of the best beaches in Antigua. The setting is absolutely stunning-just steps from the soft white sand and crystal-clear water. The villa itself is modern, spotless, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There are a couple of restaurants on-site that are convenient and enjoyable, but Gayle also provided some fantastic local recommendations that were absolutely brilliant. Gayle is an amazing host-warm, helpful, and incredibly responsive. She went out of her way to make sure everything ran smoothly, and even accommodated a late check-out due to my evening flight, which I truly appreciated. This place far exceeded my expectations-it's truly heaven on Earth, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Arian was such a lovely accommodating host who made our trip run smoothly! The Airbnb looked like the pictures and was very close to the beach - just what we needed for a week of sunshine :)

Looking at photos is one thing, but opening the door of Lorraines flat and actually being there was somehign else. Omg!!!! I cannot wait to be back . Lorraines flat is just perfect , the loaction , the decor, the comfort, the space , the facilties to cook . Lorraine left water and snacks and coffee and tea and milk ready for me . The balcony opens up and the whole kitchen and sitting area and balcony become one big open plan area. The view is breathtaking. Lorraine is always present , and replies immediately. Thank you Thank you Thank you . Everything was so nice . The gardens , the pool , Atta the gardener is lovely and tells you all about the garden and the big avocato tree. I could go on and on here but I will let all of you discover the wonders of Lorraines place by yourselves . I will definitely be back very soon . Thank you Lorraine for being and amazing host . I had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The place was beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable - everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They even recommended a local taxi driver who lives in the neighborhood, which made getting around super convenient. One of my favorite touches was the front yard garden - I was able to pick fresh vegetables for breakfast and enjoy herbs from their garden to make my own tea. It added such a personal and grounding feel to the stay. The hosts were always responsive when I reached out, and we had a great conversation during my visit. I’m already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!
