Perfect for our family vacation. Place was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and all of the amenities that made us feel at home. The owner was very responsive and made sure there were no issues during our stay. Highly recommend

Great place to stay and Julia is amazing. We had an a/c issue when we got there, but Julia quickly had it fixed the next day and offered to comp us a partial refund for that night or extra day without us having to ask for compensation. The house is great! Very clean and felt like home. Love that there’s a shower upstairs and downstairs. Absolutely beautiful views off the back deck!! We were there for our daughter’s wedding so we were quite busy the whole time. Wish we could have enjoyed the house and deck more. So glad we stayed here. Thanks Julia!!!!

Comfortable and immaculately clean home close to the Pioneer Woman’s restaurants. The beds were so comfortable after a long drive. The house was located in a nice quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time and felt immediately at home. Right when we walked in we read the personal card that was left for us, welcoming to our home away from home! The kids enjoyed the thoughtful treats that were left. The beds are comfortable with the perfect amount of blankets. We would definitely stay here again and appreciate the thoughtfulness and attention that is put into this home :)

Do not hesitate to stay at the Casa De Soto. I was super impressed with Paul and Suzy's place. My family and my sister's stayed here to visit relatives in Ponca and we were thrilled with how awesome the place was. Super clean. Superbly maintained. I don't always write reviews, but this place is above and beyond. My only regret is not staying longer. We were only here for two nights. That grass is Out-of-this-world good. It's like a rug. Put your bare feet in the lawn if you have a chance. Thanks again Paul and Suzy... Will definitely book with you again when visiting Ponca! Worth every penny

The place was quite good. It is older and you should expect an older feel to the house. It is large and accommodated us well. The master bedroom was very spacious. The mains floor had plenty of seating spaces, and the kitchen was adequately stocked with everything we needed. There was a hail storm the night we got there as well as the following night. Lots of leaves filled the pool and clogged the filter. When I let Erwin know, he had a pool guy over within a very short period of time to get it remedied. I found Erwin to be very friendly and responsive. He did say it may take an hour or two at times, but he always got back to me. I would rent from him again.

If you are someone who likes an off grid life, is healthy, fit and enjoys outdoors, then this is a great experience. Definitely read the full amenities--the trail to the cabin is bit rocky; the little wagons they provide work great to bring your supplies down the little hillside to the cabin. The cabin itself is super clean, comfortable and quiet. Be sure to bring bug spray. They have a fire pit out front. It looked like it rain that week, so I just stuck with my propane stoves for cooking. Cabin lights work just fine, but be mindful they are solar powered. You can charge your phone thru a small solar powered outlet; again be mindful of how much power you use. The best bathroom to use is the two outhouses up by the main house, across from the goats' pen. The bathrooms are way better condition than a porta'potty. They have one main outdoor shower by the main house; fits a couple, or one at a time. Otherwise, I slept super peacefully and enjoined every moment I got. Thanks Joe!

We had a wonderful weekend stay! We absolutely loved the jacuzzi, the peaceful outdoor walks, and relaxing in the hammocks. The hosts’ sweet dogs were a lovely surprise, they visited us at night and made us feel right at home. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

Was a great piece of private land with moderate trails to the various camp sites. Sites were far enough apart to not see each other easily but you do pass other sites on the trails. It has made us interested enough to look into the other sites. Tent and bed were quite clean and nice. Fire pit was a fire pit just fine. Nice little space for relaxing and eating. Seating available is just benches, so bring something more comfortable if you like. The whole site was plenty clean and comfortable.

Very close to downtown, walked to it in less than a minute. Was a little hard to find, access is an alley on the backside of the building. Had an issue at check-in, but host was on site in minutes, despite the late hour. Very clean, very convenient, ample parking for my dually pickup.

Perfectly cute home tucked away just outside of downtown Pawhuska. Chad was responsive with any questions we had and the house was exceptionally clean.

Loved it. I was only there for one night, as I was in the midst of a cross country drive, but I am hoping to come back and stay longer, or at the very least pass through again during another long drive. Big fan of this place and how easy it was to relax, even though I was there for a very short period of time.

Julia’s place was just the little get away needed. It’s such a cute little place with beautiful surroundings. Julia is responsive and helpful through the whole stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Timothy was so responsive on every matter I needed help with. The home was beautiful and just as pictured if not better!!!!!! The beds were soooo comfortable and the couches were even better for naps. I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. It felt like home. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great place for a little retreat. Loved that even though the house is fairly close to the highway you would never know it. Plenty of parking and space outdoors to relax. House was very clean and the kitchen offered lots of space and amenities. Loved the amount of seating in the living room! Would definitely stay again.
