The place was clean, cozy, and perfect for a quiet escape. Everything we needed was provided, making the stay hassle-free. The ambiance was peaceful and ideal for relaxing. Location was convenient yet still felt private. Would definitely book again for another quick getaway.

MandaluyongのShawCenterMallから徒歩3分にある51階建てコンドミニアムの最上階の1ルーム。 女性オーナーのせいか豪華というわけではないが、センスの良い家具と飾り付けがされた部屋は極めて快適。 またNetflixも見れるようにオーナーが契約してくれており、ぼ～としている間も快適に最新の映画やTVシリーズを見ることが出来、滞在の満足度は極めて高い。 またインターネット接続も光ファイバーで高速でネットサーフィン、メール処理もノーストレス。 洗濯機や物干し等必要なものは殆ど揃っており、かつショッピングモールも近いため、生活に困ることは無い。 コンド入り口にはローソンもあるため、下手をするとコンド内から出なくても生活できてしまうので『あれ、俺は何処に居るんだっけ』となりかねないことくらいがマイナス点か。 Grabを使えばマニラ市内なら、どこにでもすぐ行ける利便性も大きい。 あえてマイナス点を探すと、掃除機がデスクそ用の小さなものしかないので、自分は高いものでもないので、部屋用の通常掃除機を購入した（日本円4,000円程度、これは次の滞在先までもって行き使用中）。それとパン用トースターがなかったので、これも購入（日本円 2,000円程度、これそのまま部屋に残しました）。これらもShawCenterMallで購入できた。 オーナーのレスポンスは、極めて迅速・的確でストレスは全くない。 英語でのコミュニケーションは大丈夫という人であれば、男女を問わずお勧めできる良いコンドとオーナーです。

Thank you KAmila's Place for our very first experience staying at your place. The Unit is really great to stay / relax with. Mapapa- feel at home ka talaga. Everything you need are in there (may pa coffee and tea with matching snacks hehe). The place is cozy,clean and smells great.Perfect ang view hehe especially at night . And to the responsive host Sir Rey Emil ,Thankyou for accommodating and quick response to our concerns (first time kasi namin talaga hehe). Balay Sa Air truly exceeded all my expectations during my week-long stay. The location is incredibly convenient, yet it's a peaceful, beautifully themed retreat. The fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washing machine, and iron made my extended stay effortless. I especially appreciated that everything had clear guides on how to use it, and the projector with Netflix and balcony hammock were fantastic touches. Ma'am Dione was always there to answer queries promptly, and when I accidentally broke something, maintenance fixed it quickly – impressive service recovery! This really showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. It genuinely felt like a cozy, thoughtful home. For business travelers or anyone wanting a fully equipped, modern, and stylish base in Manila for an extended period, this is absolutely the best choice. I will definitely be going back! Hello place was exactly how it looked, clean, nice and modern. Located close to mall and many restaurants. Jowell communicated everything well which made it easy and convenient.

We genuinely enjoyed our stay here. The unit was cozy, comfortable, and had a very homey feel — a perfect little escape from the hustle and bustle of BGC. The decor was gorgeous and thoughtfully put together, striking a nice balance between stylish and welcoming. It felt like staying in a carefully curated space that still made it easy to relax and feel at home. We ended up spending most of our time just unwinding indoors, which really says a lot about how inviting the place is

Our stay was great. Their living room/sala was airconditioned so even if you cook, there’s no need for a fan. We just had a little problem upon checking in, the guests before us overstayed but we weren’t informed, maybe that was also the reason why some things were left at the bathroom. Thankfully, they offered a free extension before checking out. Would love to book the house again😊

Had a great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful! The place was SPOTLESS and smelled really nice! Literally so clean from the floor to the ceiling! Sheets looked new as well. My wife loved the pillow options they had in the bedroom as well which were 2 firmer options and 2 softer options. They gave us an amazing parking which was conveniently next to the elevator to get to the room. :) Highly Recommended!

The host was very accommodating, always replying fast and nicely to us :> Instructions from check in to check out were given properly in advance. The place was better than expected! It's nice that it's near the playground and convenient store. It's fairly clean and spacious. Both ACs make the whole unit cold. The sala, kitchen, and bedrooms were clean (complete with pillows, blankets and towels) (only lacked condiments but it's not that big of a deal). The bathroom was clean but needed some air freshener. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. Big thanks to the host!

This place was next-level awesome. I’m convinced the host has a secret superhero power for making things spotless and cozy, honestly, I half expected a butler to appear! Every little detail was so perfect, it felt like the place was giving us a warm hug. 💯 The host, Thina! was basically a texting ninja,😂 fast replies, super helpful, and zero “ghosting” drama. Made the whole stay smooth as butter. If you’re looking for a peaceful hideout that’s close enough to civilization (and coffee), this spot’s a total winner.✨ We’re already plotting our next visit, maybe this time I’ll try not to hog the couch bed! 😂

Lovely reader's I was coming the first time to Manila and I am glad that I have seen QC it is interesting there and you can find a place for winding down. Glyza is kind and helped me a lot as I mentioned above it was my first time in the Philipines and she supported me a lot :D The flat is amazing you have a balcony and a interesting view from there. Additionally, the most important thing is for myself a mattress in a hotel or apartment and yes I did like the mattress and I slept great :) Thank you for reading that comment and enjoy the stay in Manila :D

Kamlon was the answer to our prayer at that time of need. We had issue on our previous place of stay that we need to book another place. Kamlon responded quickly and offered to pick us and drop off to his unit. My husband has a challenge of walking due to recent hip surgery, Kamlon made it smoothly possible with our transport. He even let us checked out late as our flight is almost at midnight. WiFi is very strong, the place is just walking distance from uptown mall and close range for almost everything. Thank you very much for being such a kindhearted person! We will definitely use your place in our next visit to the Philippines-My husband said, “Salamat Po!”

Its our 2nd time on Bennii's place and always a good experience. It's clean, great location, and wonder host as ever! I highly recommend this to those who don't have car to go around, surrounded by good resto, groceries and nice malls!

Evalyn’s place is definitely worth the price! Her home is very clean and well-organized. I love her wooden (“kahoy”) motif—it gives off a warm and cozy vibe. Everything was comfortable, from the couch to the bed. I even noticed that the bed cover seemed brand new, not worn out at all. We really enjoyed relaxing in the living room with her big TV, sipping coffee from the two sachets she thoughtfully provided. She also included 4 bottled waters for free, which we appreciated. I’d love to come back again and would definitely recommend her place to my friends. For improvement: The blanket (kumot) was a bit too small for two people. With the cold aircon and rainy weather, we wished it was larger so we could stay cozy in bed—haha! Also, the key handover process could be more convenient. We had to meet her assistant both for check-in and check-out, so a smoother system (like a lockbox or digital lock) would be a big plus. But overall, 10/10! I will come back again.

Ben’s place was such a great find—clean, cozy, and great value for the price. Communication was smooth from the start. Kathleen shared the check-in details clearly, and when I asked if I could drop off my bags early, they kindly offered to let me leave them with the cleaning staff around noon. On the day of my stay, Ben even messaged to say I could check in early at no extra cost—which was a huge help since I had an appointment in Makati and was worried where I could leave my backpack. The unit was spotless, the bed super comfy, and the linens and towels smelled fresh. The kitchen had all the basics if you wanted to cook. It honestly felt like a mini boutique stay. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place in Makati.

Highly, highly recommend! My partner and I stayed at Amer’s unit for 3 months and it had everything we needed for a long-term stay. The unit itself was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking meals at home. It even has a PS4, which kept us entertained on many nights. We also really loved the balcony, which had a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the view of Manila. The building was convenient, with a water refill station, a self-service laundromat, a convenience store, and even a café and restaurant. The location was perfect. It’s close to BGC, Megamall, and LRT. It was easy to book a Grab or catch a tricycle right outside the building. Amer was an amazing and considerate host. He always responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had, and thoughtful enough to provide complimentary snacks and a universal socket since he knew I was visiting from abroad. This place is a gem. Definitely would stay again!

We were going to stay at the Grand Hyatt, but we saved $500 and got a truly pleasant, decorated stay with a helpful host.
