Maison du Rocher consists of 100 m² living space in two joined houses in a quiet community within the corsican macchia, each with separate bedroom, bathroom and sleeping couches. This makes it ideal for families or a group of friends. Excellent restaurants as well as the vineyard Domaine Vecchio with degustation are in your direct neighbourhood. Beach, supermarkets and bakeries can be reached in a 7-9 minute drive. From the side of a small mountain it provides an elevated view towards the ocean.

Faites une pause et détendez-vous dans ce studio au rez-de-chaussée de notre maison de caractère dans le village de Linguizzetta, 380 mètres d'altitude et à 12km des plages (20 mn en voiture). Belle vue sur la montagne et la plaine. Studio de 24 m2 comprenant une chambre avec deux fauteuils, une cuisine séparée et un salle de douche. Traversant avec une fenêtre au nord qui permet d'avoir une climatisation naturelle. En extérieur perron de la maison avec une table et jardin avec chaises.

Thanks to its unique structure, at night the dome transforms into an exceptional observatory. With no light pollution whatsoever, you will literally sleep under the stars from your bed, thanks to a skylight inside the accommodation.

U Casella cabin in the maquis

Facing the Aiguilles de Bavella, a luxury cabin in the middle of the maquis, U'Casella is composed of the housing module and a pergola. The first volume accommodates a toilet, shower and kitchen, as well as a living and sleeping area with a framed view of nature. The second volume, the pergola, is a ventilated and shaded element that creates an outdoor space for contemplation, reading and rest. An outdoor shower allows total immersion in the surrounding nature.

Isolated in the greatest privacy, this transparent eco-bubble is warmly furnished in the greatest comfort for a cocooning night under the stars. Access to our Albitru tree house is a small hiking trail that winds through the heart of our estate. You enter our tree house via a footbridge, the unique living space is available to you. The view of the Ampugnani valley to the sea is amazing. You then climb onto the roof terrace, you are weightless... Breakfast is served at the time of your choice and "U Rifugiu" our Table d'Hôtes welcomes you for dinner.

U Mulinu studio (or duplex)

Former mill converted into a cosy accommodation comprising two separate units, a duplex and a studio (see listing 'In Mullin studio'). We also run the A Nepita bar and restaurant on Place de la Fontaine in Matra, 2 km from the gîte, where we serve sophisticated cuisine made with local produce. Farm tours available by appointment, depending on the season.

Our villa is ideally located facing the mountain in a very quiet setting less than a kilometer from the sea and shops. 45 minutes from Bastia, 1.5 hours from Porto-Vecchio and 30 minutes from Bastia-Poretta Airport. The town of San-Nicolao is a seaside resort on the Costa Verde.
