The place is amazing and really clean and neat place it’s as big and spacious plus the out doors had a small grill and a fire place when we tried to light a fire the just came to help and got us a fire torch and an axe to cut wood plus the amazing view of the mountains and the trees especially at sunrise and sunset overall it’s 4.9/5 But the cons are It’s kinda far from the city like 20-30 min And the road is a little hard to mange because it’s so narrow and bumpy

Ev sahibi Bülent Bey, gerçekten çok kibar, misafirlerine karşı ilgili, aradığınızda anında ulaşabileceğiniz, çözüm odaklı bir beyefendi. Ev de tarihi dokusuyla, bahçesindeki meyveleriyle, müstakil yapısıyla misafirler için huzur ve güven vadediyor. Gayet temiz, bir evde bulunması gereken her şeyin olduğu, merkezî konumda (Meydan'a yürüyerek 10 dakika), harika bir konaklama mekânı. Yine gidersem kapısını çalacağım ilk ev olur diye düşünüyorum.

A beautiful, peaceful place to stay in Trabzon. The nature was very serene and there were great views from the living room and master bedroom. We spent a lot of time just looking out the windows at the view! The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. I definitely think you need to rent a car if staying here as it’s located quite far up a hill (but only around 8 minutes by car, and it means you get the great views so it’s well worth it!). There were fly screens on all of the windows and deck door so we didn’t have any issues with the mosquitos. Ümit was a great host, providing recommendations in the area. Highly recommend!

بيت خشبي جميل يقع على سفح الجبل وله إطلالة جميلة على البحر وتحيط به الأشجار من كل الاتجاهات .. البيت مرتب ونظيف ومناسب للعوائل الصغيرة التي تبحث عن الخصوصية.. صاحب البيت رجل محترم وطيب ومتعاون جدا وحريص على راحة المستأجر.. له مني كل الشكر والتقدير.. وكذلك أشكر الوسيط الأخ رجب على تعامله فقد كان متعاونا وسريع التجاوب وأجاب على جميع استفساراتي بمصداقية.

This apartment is near to the bus stand. Can easily take the minibus to the City Center (Meydan).

Very kind mr Farouk and his wife . They were very helpful and made us feel like home . Always going remember how mr Farouk wife Aisha was so welcoming and very kind and tried for me and my kids to feel comfortable around the house.

فاروق رجل محترم وسريع الاستجابه وقمه في الأدب الموقع قريب جدا من الخدمات ويبعد المطار تقريبا 5 دقائق الشقه جديده والأثاث نظيف جدا الشقه في الدور الأرضي وتكفي 5 اشخاص

This place was just like it’s described, and exactly like it shows in photos. It has 2 air conditioners and the host is really nice. He helped us with carrying the luggages to the apartment. However, the apartment was not clean enough. Specially the floors and the washroom.

We had a lovely stay in this home with our family. It’s right next to a smaller Black Sand Beach cove and also very close to another beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The host went above and beyond to provide a comfortable stay. There was an amazing view for the sunrise and sunset. Thank you for everything. We hope to come back .

Oktay is the kindest host I have ever met!! He is not only a good host but also a great friend of us!!😊😊 he is very kind, responsive, and considerate!! He even came to the airport to pick us up at night and helped us move many suitcases! Also, he drove us to the city center after checkout which he did not have to. I am so grateful that we met Oktay!

The view was stunning and the apartment was clean and sitting well the family with 360 view.
