Trabzon merkezine 5 dk lık araç mesafesinde olup, alışveriş merkezlerine de yakındır. Turistik sera gölüne sadece 3 km dır. Her odasında klima vardir. Her türlü aktiviteler için uygundur. Barbekü ve trekinge uygundur. 2 mutfak vardır ve full doludur. Bu yıl (2026) dış cephe yenilendi boyandı ve bütün balkonlar cam balkon ile kapatıldı.

"Our house has a total capacity of 10 people. Our standard nightly rate is valid for up to 7 people. For stays exceeding 7 people, a small additional fee per person is charged for the 8th, 9th and 10th guests. Our bed arrangement is as follows: There are fixed beds in the bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate 7 people.
