On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. One room with a queen-size bed, the other with a double bed; they have a view of the lake: one with a romantic balcony. There is a garage with a bike laboratory, canoe and paddleboard for free. From Oct. to Apr. €10 more per day for heating.

The unique thing about this house is that it is a 10-minute walk from the beautiful village Orta San Giulio, full of terraces and restaurants. Casa Gialla is next to the entrance of Sacro Monte (UNESCO heritage). A ten-minute walk and you are in the cleanest lake in the area, Lago di Orta, swimming, paddle boarding, canoeing, everything is possible!
