Uninsulated cottage 30 miles from Kalmar. You can relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. 1.5 km from Påryd where there is a shop , restaurant , outdoor swimming pool and a large newly built playground . 1.8 km away is the owl cot lake. Fishing licenses are purchased at Ica in Påryd. Several bathing areas in the near area. Since the cabin is uninsulated, there are: Sleeps 5 April-October Sleeps 3 October-April. Bed sheets and shower towels are provided by the guest, but there are also duvets, pillows, and small towels.

In winter, you can ski in Svartbäcksmåla - where you can get in 10 minutes by car. The nearest grocery store is located in Nybro, approx. 7 km. You can easily get to different places in Glasriket by car within 60 minutes, like for example Kosta. Kalmar Castle and also Öland are only 4 miles away. Dogs are welcome. Charming newly built house of 35m² with modern decor on large plot where you can relax by a fire next to the river. In the cottage there is room for 4 people - a bedroom with a king size bed and a sleeping loft with a double bed. Fully equipped kitchen and nice bathroom with underfloor heating. In the living room there is both TV and fireplace. Air heat pump that provides extra heat or works as AC on warm summer days. Welcome!
