Holiday houses in Oropa

We had a very good time at Christian's place. It's described very accurately, quite clean and renovated with taste. Communication on checkout times was not super clear (first it was noon but then it became 10am) and one of the towels smelled bad (likely it didn't dry properly) but those are minor things and I can very certainly recommend it.

Casa con vista fantastica, arredata in modo impeccabile, pulita, fornita di tutti gli accessori per cucinare.

Abbiamo prenotato per una notte l'alloggio di Laurenzia che si è dimostrata da subito cortese e disponibile. L'alloggio è curatissimo e pulito. Perfetto per famiglie con bambini anche piccoli. Assolutamente consigliato anche solo per conoscere Laurenzia che è davvero una persona squisita.

Many thanks for a lovely stay. It was very homely and close to the bus stop (5 mins), gondola (10-15 mins) and restaurants. I used ski storage at the gondola station and this worked well for me.

Logement impeccable et hôtes extrêmement bienveillants. Localisation idéale pour rayonner sur la rive Ouest du Lac Majeur et pour profiter au calme d'une vue imprenable sur les îles (qui mérite largement les quelques derniers virages serrés).

La location è davvero incredibile, il posto super romantico.. Sicuramente una esperienza da fare una volta nella vita.. L'accoglienza è stata perfetta.. Forse però per il prezzo pagato darei una maggiore attenzione alle colazioni soprattutto quelle particolari senza lattosio e vegane.. C'è molta gente che magari non sceglie la colazione vegana solo per scelta ma anche perché magari è semi intollerante al lattosio e nel nostro caso ho dovuto assaggiare lo yogurt prima di accorgermi che non era vegetale.. Cercherei di rendere le colazioni uguali per tutti e magari dare anche a chi è vegano la possibilità di avere degli yogurt etc..per il resto tutto perfetto

Compact but well-equipped house in a convenient mountain location. The free bus to the slopes is just a short walk away, making it easy to get around. The space is simple but practical, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. A good choice for a ski trip.

Best airbnb host ever, and I have had a lot. Davide exceeded expectations on every level, kind and generous is an understatement, also very well organised. The house has beautiful mountain views and is super spacious, homely and comfortable. Very easy to feel at home. While a car or bike is an advantage, without one I was able to get to Omegna in 20 minutes on foot and it’s 10 minutes to the supermarket. Omegna is a beautiful little town to have as a base to explore the lake. Davide provided well thought out items from fresh fruit, muesli and yoghurt to coffee, pasta and bottled water, gas & natural! In these days of airbnb you are lucky to even get salt or soap. Nothing was too much trouble and Davide gave me multiple lifts in the car when I had transport issues. The example of a perfect host and also a great guy to chat to. I could not recommend more highly

Esperienza superlativa! Sia la casa che la posizione erano ancora meglio di come ci aspettassimo. La casa molto bella e spaziosa, super pulita e calda, letto comodissimo. C’è un conad di fronte e il centro del paese (molto pittoresco) è facilmente raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata, molto vicino c’è anche un bellissimo parco. Questa posizione è strategica per visitare la regione: l’autostrada è a un tiro di schioppo e si arriva in un tempo relativamente breve anche ad alta quota, abbiamo infatti raggiunto le piste di gressoney in circa mezz’ora. In ultimo un ringraziamento a Luisa che è stata un’ottima host, ci è venuta incontro sia con l’orario del check in che con il check out lasciandoci grande libertà. Sempre molto gentile, è anche stata tempestiva ad intervenire quando abbiamo avuto un piccolo intoppo col riscaldamento: ha risposto immediatamente ai messaggi e ha risolto in brevissimo tempo. Insomma, torneremo sicuramente qui per le vacanze in Val d’Aosta!
