Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Oroklini

This was the most complete place in terms of utensils. If you want to cook yourself then you have enough kitchenware, at least much more than at other places I rented. Gels, soaps are not the cheapest. Enough of towels, kitchen towels and so on. It's normal size single bedroom flat. Good size. Silent location at night. On negative side, it's a bit far from the center. Port, so you either drive or walk to a good beach. Anyway, solid 4.9 stars.

A lovely apartment with great views from the big terrace. Looks exactly like the photos. Easy check in. Helpful online guide with instructions. The apartment had everything we needed and more. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Kitchen well equipped and terrace has a lovely sitting area. Great and responsive hosts. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Larnaca. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and the promenade. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony was a nice bonus for morning coffee or evening wine. Our host was friendly, responsive, and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Communication was smooth throughout.

Pathos and Marianna were amazing hosts, went over and above on many occasions. The condo was beautiful, tons of space and nicely appointed. Neighbourhood is not but not much going on about a 20 minute walk to the ocean. Other than that, it was perfect.

Nice and functional place on the beach. It is good for short and the long term stay. Host vas very responsive and parking place is a great plus. Main downside is that bedrooms are next to the busy road so it can be noisy at night.

Roger was very efficient with communication, the place was beautiful looked exactly like the pictures and the scenery was really pretty and cool 10/10

We got earlier and saw the cleaning crew in action. I was very impressed, they were washing and disinfecting everything including the fridge door and the door frames. Everything was as advertised. The kitchen equipped with everything we needed. The beach is very close, 2 minutes by foot. There are also a couple of friendly cats who might visit you. The host is extremely responsive, replying within the minute to every question I had. From Larnaca Airport it's 20 minutes by car/taxi, or 40-50 minutes by bus. The bus station is in front of the apt complex. We were pleasantly pleased by the apartment. There are some things we would improve: mosquito net at the bedroom window (we had mosquito repellent device provided by Marina), a big mirror, brighter light in the bathroom. It would be useful to mention in the description that there is no shower kit provided (everything else was provided). There are a couple of beautiful paintings signed by Marina which add personality to the room.

We travel a lot and always take off the villas. So there's something to compare it with. Villa Leslie is a place with a soul that was very reluctant to leave. Very cozy, it has everything and even more that you can find useful. There was wine, eggs,cheese and fruit in the fridge so as not to run the shop right away. The villa is at the end of the gated community, the perfect place to escape the people and the hustle and bustle. We were in mid-October, there were 5 people on the entire beach line. Ah yes! Just what bothered us when choosing a villa, the neighborhood to the airport. We didn't even notice it. But this is very convenient for those who rent a car. It's not so long from the airport to suffer with the wheel on the wrong side and riding on the meeting) A small fairy tale for residents of the metropolis. We will definitely go back and recommend. This is our second time that we have stayed at Zoe's house and have been so happy with the property. It has great location to many restaurants in and around Oroklini not forgetting the lovely beaches. Hoping to return very soon. Thanks again Zoe x.

Costa's accommodation was very suitable for small children families. The house was spacious, fresh, the beds were very comfortable to sleep in. Everything we needed was in the house. The pool was close. We are very satisfied and the accommodation was affordable. We come here more times.

Theo was extremely helpful and proactive. The house is lovely, modern, bright and has everything you need. You can walk to the beach in around 2 mins. Great stay, would definitely return!

Very quiet and peaceful. The villa is an end unit with a large, private yard that backs up to the ocean. Lars was extremely helpful and warmly welcomed us after we had a delayed flight. The house was very clean and had everything you would need. Two things I was concerned about after reading reviews were the sound of planes and the villa possibly smelling like smoke since smoking is only allowed outside. The house did NOT smell of smoke at all and we sometimes heard a plane but it was not a constant sound or disruptive in any way. If you wear earplugs when you sleep you won’t hear a thing. This was a fantastic house with a fantastic host. I HIGHLY recommend it and we hope to come back.

We’re so glad we chose John’s house for our vacation. It’s right by the seaside, in a peaceful area, which was perfect for us. We could stroll along the beach with the kids anytime we wanted. This was our first experience vacationing in December, and it was truly amazing. You’ll need to rent a car to explore the surrounding areas, but other than that, everything was perfect. John is incredibly helpful and always there if you need anything. His house is right next door, and he has the sweetest dog—a Doberman! ❤️ John himself is so humble and friendly. We loved meeting him and really grew fond of him during our stay. We’ll definitely choose him again for our next vacation. As for the house, it’s absolutely lovely. You’ll find everything you need and feel just like you’re at home. It’s spotless and well-equipped—there’s nothing missing, and honestly, it offers more than expected. All in all, it was an incredible vacation, and we’re so grateful for the experience ✌🏼🙏🏻

Impeccable accommodation, I recommend it !

Lovely modern apartment with two good wetroom-style bathrooms, stylish kitchen and large open area inside and outside panoramic terrace. Unfortunately when we were in Larnaca the weather was too windy to take advantage of the lovely terrace. The location is just a short walk to town and there was an outstanding but unassuming meze place Kritiki Gonia (live music on Saturday) that catered well for vegetarians and an excellent Falafel T kosher just round the corner. Note that the apartment is up on the sixth floor and the small lift is internally activated with a single key fob so one of us had to ferry people or bags in shifts up and down.

The apartment is not suitable for winter trips. The cold floor and the room itself, even the air conditioner doesn't save. The sofa is not very comfortable, it squeaks hard. The bed in the bedroom is good. The house and the location are excellent.

We had a fantastic stay at Paula's apartment. The place was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, with the beach and restaurants just a short walk away. Although it was a bit chilly during our visit, the ACs helped keep us comfortable. Paula was a great host, always responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Had a great two weeks in Dominika's apartment. It's just two minutes walk from UCLAN cyprus which is where my daughter is studying and who we were visiting. Pyla is a small village but we hired a car and visited Aiya Napa, Protoras, Lefkara, Limosol and Nicosia. The pool is lovely. It's a very quiet location. The balcony is a sun trap. Comfey beds and welll equipped apartments. The Happy Nest is a lovely local place to eat.

Great location. By the beach (literally),in a quiet area a short walk away from the majority of the bars and restaurants along the beach. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided.

It's a great, peaceful and clean place with a friendly and helpful host. It is well located, the beach and the town centre are in a short walking distance and there is a shop a few meters away. I recommend it!
