The apartment is in walking distance to foinoikoudes area so you have everything you need nearby, close to bus station from and to the airport and more. It was clean and tidy. The host was great very friendly and proactive provided us with exact information on how to get there and everything. Highly recommended.

A successful stay. The terrace for relaxation is amazing. The apartment is clean and spacious. The only thing I could complain about was the wind, but that's not the owners' fault :). I recommend it. A wonderful place to rest and reset.

Excellent hosts - Bobi really could not have been more helpful. Responded quickly to all communication and very accommodating when we arrived later than scheduled. Very thoughtfully brought treats at Easter too! The apartment is modern and spacious with absolutely everything you could need for a comfortable stay - the kitchen is especially well equipped and we really appreciated the stock of olive oil, spices, tea and coffee. The bed is especially comfortable - great mattress! As other reviews have mentioned, the water pressure is low but perfectly usable and there was always plenty of hot water. There is noticeable road noise in the bedroom in the mornings but we got used to it quickly - consider bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper!

Everything was perfect, the apartment is cozy clean and has anything you might need for your staying and the balcony is a big plus. The apartment is exactly located in a middle distance from the 2 important sites of the city, 15minutes walking north untill finikoudes and 15minutes walking south untill mackenzie. The neighborhood is calm, just a few minutes walking to the beach, petros supermarket is 2 streets away and there are many authentic restaurants nearby. Last but not least, the owners are very kind, fast responding and helpfull. The checkin and checkout were smooth and easy to do. I highly recomand this apartment 🥰👍

A wonderful place where it seems every detail was thoughtfully considered. Everything is new, clean, and organized – comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, a small patio with a rural view, and a large, well-equipped rooftop terrace overlooking the open landscape. It's a quiet spot with a functional, well-stocked kitchen, clean towels and linens, and amazing people who are easy to work with. Everything was in place – I truly felt like everything had been planned to make my stay comfortable, from the coffee capsules in the kitchen to even having a power adapter ready for my devices. I hope I get to visit Cyprus again just to stay there once more.

We got earlier and saw the cleaning crew in action. I was very impressed, they were washing and disinfecting everything including the fridge door and the door frames. Everything was as advertised. The kitchen equipped with everything we needed. The beach is very close, 2 minutes by foot. There are also a couple of friendly cats who might visit you. The host is extremely responsive, replying within the minute to every question I had. From Larnaca Airport it's 20 minutes by car/taxi, or 40-50 minutes by bus. The bus station is in front of the apt complex. We were pleasantly pleased by the apartment. There are some things we would improve: mosquito net at the bedroom window (we had mosquito repellent device provided by Marina), a big mirror, brighter light in the bathroom. It would be useful to mention in the description that there is no shower kit provided (everything else was provided). There are a couple of beautiful paintings signed by Marina which add personality to the room.

The accommodation was very comfortable and cozy and they were extremely kind. It was an experience to stay with him and we would love to stay with them again if we are in Cyprus. I would definitely recommend it.

We stayed at Polivios’ apartment for just a few days, but we absolutely loved it! Every room has air conditioning, which made our stay super comfortable — especially in the warm Cypriot weather. For those who care — there’s Netflix, which was a nice touch for relaxing in the evenings. The beach is only a 10-minute walk away, which is very convenient. The apartment is spacious, cozy, and fully equipped with everything you might need. We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen — perfect for those who enjoy cooking at home. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to explore the area in depth, but we’re already planning to come back and will definitely try to stay at Polivios’ place again. Highly recommended — the apartment truly feels like a home away from home!

We really enjoy the apartment with easy access to the beach. Christalla was very welcoming. Clean, all the basic items available. Very nice.

Great value for money - a bit basic in terms of furniture and some amenities but great kitchen set up. Super friendly team and very responsive. Thoughtfully had switched on heating before my arrival to warm up the unit during an unusual cold snap which was very kind. Very close to the beach.

Lora has been the perfect host always available to answer and questions. The property is amazing, large open spaces my 1yr old loved crawling around the whole apartment whilst we could see her. With a balcony on both sides we had sun and shade options all day with fantastic sunset views. There’s a small park visible from the front door with swing and a roundabout. All route around are pram friendly we only ventured a small way around the salt lake but that was suitable and we even got on to the dried up part of the lake with a little carry of the pram. The hot tub is heated by the sun so easy to use and great on a hot day be sure to pop the cover on when not in use to keep it as clean as possible there’s an out door shower perfect for a rinse before use and the apartment isn’t over looked and is completely private. 10/10!!!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful place, 5 minutes from the beach and a lot of great restaurants

This apartment is super convenient to everywhere. It has the most stunning view of the sea and as it is almost next to the Larnaca airport, watching the planes land from the very spacious and comfortable balcony is really good fun. Inside the apartment, there is everything one needs. Kitchen is well stocked with modern appliances. Bedrooms are comfortable with very good wardrobe space too. Bathrooms are very clean and it helps to have the two bathrooms if you have four adults staying too. We very much enjoyed the large seating space in the living room which provided everyone with opportunity to relax. Underfloor heating was lovely as the night time can still get a bit cold even though during the day it was lovely weather. The apartment is walkable to the beach and there are also cafes and restaurants within walkable distance. Larnaca centre is only 5 minutes if you choose to drive. The host was always happy to help and available if we needed. Great apartment and stay.

This was the perfect spot to relax and catch up after travelling for the last four months and before our long adventures home. Quiet, cool, comfortable for a great nights sleep. Well equipped kitchen for cooking your own meals, and the large deck with the jacuzzi was just perfect for relaxing with in the sun, or shade, catching the sun go down. We also really appreciated the super flexible check-in and check out times. Along with being within easy walking distance to everything you need, it’s a great stay if you want home away from home.

Everything was perfect we throughly enjoyed our stay there. Yes its not so close to the beach, if you have a car and your wanting to explore Cyprus its really not an issue. Host was very attentive to all our needs. Thank You
