The house is in a lovely peaceful location with mature gardens including beautiful fruit trees and a great swimming pool. A great host - thoughtful and attentive and responded to any questions very quickly. We would thoroughly recommend.

The apartment was clean and exactly how depicted on Airbnb. Petros was very friendly, the communication was easy and he answered my questions timely. Also the check in and check out times were flexible.

We had a great stay at Giorgos Villa. The house is quite spacious and with a large pool. Giorgos was very responsive and helpful host; he tried to solve any problem that we had during our stay and flexible in checking in and out that was very helpful for the kids. Recommended.

The location, of the house is a quiet, neighborhood (with local families), very close to supermarkets and places to eat. it also has good transportation to the city centre and nearby beach. The house is very clean, well furnished and well decorated. it has anything you need. the air-conditioning system is really good (something necessary for the weather of Cyprus). The communication with the host was excellent. Responsive at any time and always willing to help.

We had such a great family stay here, the house was perfect - The pool and outdoor area was the highlight. Tony was super helpful and quick to respond and very friendly. I would recommend having a car as it’s quite residential area but perfect location to getting into Larnaca and around the island. Will hopefully come again!

Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, war sauber und hat an Ausstattung alles was man braucht (inkl. Sandspielzeug für Kinder, Sonnenschirm für den Strand & Tuperware usw.). Das Check-In und Check-Out funktionierte problemlos. Der Strand ist in Gehdistanz, zu unserer Reisezeit waren die Restaurants am Strand inkl. Liegestuhl Vermietung allerdings noch nicht geöffnet. Da es im Dorf selbst, nicht so viel gibt, lohnt es sich ein Auto zu mieten. Empfehlenswert ist am Ort selbst das Restaurant Theta. Ansonsten gibt es in Kiti alles was man braucht.

It was lovely staying at Mene’s place. The pool is beautiful and it was fantastic spending our time relaxing and swimming. The house is spacious, clean and had everything we needed. There were shops nearby we could drive to, and local spots to go for food etc. Mene was really flexible and let us check out late as our flights were later in the day. Very much recommended!

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed having a pool to use, which was regularly cleaned. The villa cleaning crew were great except we were asked to wait while they cleaned which messed up our day a little bit but other than that a lovely stay with the added bonus of a mum cat and her 3 kittens visiting every day. I would recommend staying at Oleksiy's villa as the beach is a 5 minute walk and some good restaurants and takeaways near by.

The stay was amazing, it is better than expected when you just look at the photos, the pool is suprisingly big and about 6 feet deep on the deep end bit. One thing is the area is very quiet theres a 24 hours shop 3min drive away called just baked. You will need to get some sort of vehicle to get around 100% cabs can become costly even if split amongst 3. Getting a car was worth it the place and area feels really safe and not needing to worry about everything. We was able to travel the whole of cyprus throughout our 1 week stay so don’t be put off by its location it is in the middle of everything.

Das Haus war sehr sauber und uns hat an nichts gefehlt. Eine Info an diejenigen, die trotz Urlaub, manchmal arbeiten müssen Das WLAN hat eine gute Bandbreite und ist im ganzen Haus gut verfügbar. Die Lage ist ideal, um Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig, und dass, obwohl der Flughafen in der Nähe ist. Zum Strand geht man 5min und kann lange Spaziergänge unternehmen. Obwohl wir Lina nicht persönlich getroffen, war sie immer erreichbar und hat rasch geantwortet.

This is a great place for a large family, or a group of families or a group of friends. It’s spacious and offers a lot of independence due to the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is great in terms of main attractions (beach, main walking strip, center). It’s close to a 24/7 Minimarket, 24/7 bakery (zorbas, not to be missed). Patrick is super quick with dealing with queries and super flexible to accommodate reasonable requests.

Das Cosy Beachhouse verdient seinen Namen!Liebevoll eingerichtet, die Küche war super ausgestattet und sehr sauber.Santiago hat uns auch frisches Brot,Butter und Käse, sowie Obst angebotenen. Die beiden Schlafzimmer und das Bad im ersten Stock waren schön und ebenfalls gut eingerichtet, Moskitonetz, Verdunklungsrollos,wie auch im restlichen Gebäude. Man hat sehr schöne Ausblicke von allen 3 Ebenen,die Dachterrasse spricht für sich selbst. Der Aussenbreich/Garten lädt zum chillen ein. Papayabäume,Kräuter,Aussendusche,Grill,Liegebett....so stellt man sich das vor!Oder man geht ein paar Schritte und springt ins nahe Meer. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und können Santiago und sein Haus nur bestens weiterempfehlen .

Die Unterkunft war genauso wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Die Wohnung liegt in äußerer Reihe in einer kleinen überschaubaren Anlage mit Bungalows. Wir hatten eine Terrasse vor dem Haus und eine Terrasse mit Meerblick hinter dem Haus mit reichlich Tischen, Stühlen und Liegen. Im Haus gibt es alles was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht . Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, ein großer Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierfach, ein Herd mit Ceranfeld und Backofen und sehr viel Geschirr. Auch gibt es genügend Bettwäsche und vor allem reichlich Handtücher vor Ort. Stefanos hat extra für den Bungalow einen neuen Kontaktgrill angeschafft, darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Vor Ort in der Anlage ist auch eine Ansprechpartnerin. Vielen Dank für eine tolle Urlaubszeit.

The place is great value for money, don't expect anything too modern but it's nice to feel like you are a home away from home . We made a last minute booking and we received check in instructions quite quickly. They also made sure we were ok during the stay. It's worth staying if you want a peaceful stay in Larnaca. it's a 3 minute walk to the beach and a quick taxi ride to the main city

Our stay was very welcoming and we felt at home at the apartment. Also the location was very nice into the okrilini mountains and not very far away from larnaca city and all attractions around.

We verblijven de laatste 3 jaar jaarlijks in deze heerlijke villa voor ontspanning en familiebezoek. Heerlijk rustige plek met alles wat je nodig hebt en tegelijk dichtbij luchthaven, kiti en ook ben je snel op weg als je naar een van de steden wilt. Ook oudere kinderen vermaken zich prima met zwembad en pooltafel. Veel plekken buiten in zon en schaduw waar je lekker kunt zitten/liggen. De schommelbank en hangmat zijn bij onze jongste favoriet. Verse eitjes en vers fruit in overvloed. Deze villa leent zich ook prima voor 2 kleine gezinnen of een vriendengroep. Voor ons is het fijn hier dat familie kan langskomen. De host en zijn vrouw zijn erg hartelijk in de ontvangst en reageren snel op vragen.

Great apartment, big and clean with everything that is needed for a vacation. The neighbourhood was nice and very close to the city centre. Definitely recommended

Our family of four (parents and two young adults) loved our stay at Elena's beach house. The location is just a 10-minute drive from Larnaca International Airport, yet the home is situated in a quiet and peaceful village, and only a 2-minute walk from the beach. Our contact person, Christelle, was amazing and provided all the service and advice that we could have wished for. We hope to come back soon!

Firstly, wow, such a beautiful home. we loved it the moment we parked up outside the property. so spacious and beautiful inside. Rooftop garden was a fantastic space to spend time to relax and enjoy the views & sunshine. The hosts were super friendly and were easily contactable throughout our stay if we had any questions etc. loved the decor and the fact that the hosts had thought of pretty much everything. they supply laundry detergent, shampo, shower gel, tea, coffee, toys for kids(there is even a barista style coffee machine) we will most definitely be back very soon! x

Sharon is a wonderful host, very responsive and happy to help with all enquiries. Good location if you want to stay out from the hussle. The house was great with lovely big living space downstairs. Would highly recommend! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Отличный огромный дом. Когда дети впервые оказались в нем, то спросили, не живем ли мы в музее - гостиная полная книг, правда на русском всего пару было, мы добавили в нее детективчик. Каждая из комнат оборудована кондиционером, так что пережить жаркий август оказалось несложно. Места навалом, чтобы всем в доме найти уединение или наоборот собраться большой компанией и не толкать друг друга локтями. Понравилось большое кол-во уборных - не было очереди в душ, но уличный душ с небольшим напором. Моющие средства для машинки есть, для посудомойки надо покупать самим. Есть мыло и куча полотенец. Одиссей встречал нас с фруктами, напитками, вкуснейшим оливковым маслом (+молоко в холодильнике). Также в шкафчиках были специи, уксус, соль, сахар, чай, кофе. Огромный выбор посуды. Вообщем, по приезду мы немного перекусили и поехали на пляж. Не советую соваться на пляж в Ларнаке - платный паркинг и неглубокое море. В платном паркинге надо платить монетами, иногда мелкими. Очень понравился СессакБич пляж на военной базе, а также CTO beach, до которых добираться по времени столько же. Парковка там бесплатна, а места много. В основном закупались в Лидл или в местном, рядом с домой супермаркете - очень рекомендую мороженное c мастикой (необычно и незабываемо). Одиссей постоянно угощал нас инжиром и был готов на решение любых вопросов, которые у нас появлялись. Электричество, как и бензин кусаются ценами. За 2 недели мы потратили 80 евро на электричество, но без кондиционеров там не выжить в это время года.

Eine sehr große und sehr saubere Unterkunft mit tollem Pool. Maria hat immer schnell geantwortet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Küche müsste etwas Besteck und Utensilien nachgerüstet werden, aber wir kamen dennoch gut klar. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

הגענו לנכס של ליאה משפחה עם שני מבוגרים ושלושה ילדים לתקופה של 12 ימים. ליאה הייתה אדיבה מאוד, חיכתה לנו בדירה וקיבלה את פנינו. בעת העזיבה היא גם אפשרה לנו לעזוב מאוחר יותר לטיסת לילה. הדירה מאובזרת לחלוטין, יש את כל כלי המטבח שצריך (תנור, מיקרוגל, טוסטר, מכונת קפה, אפילו מקציף חלב) ומה שלא היה ליאה הלכה וקנתה כשביקשנו. יש 4 חדרי שירותים ושלוש מקלחות, מרפסת גדולה ומזמינה ואיזור סלון מפנק. אפילו היו משחקים לילדים... יש חניה פרטית, מכונת כביסה ומדיח. האיזור שקט מאוד, הבריכה הייתה נקיה ומטופחת, הדירה קרובה לסופר מרקט , מאפיות ותחנות דלק אבל חייב רכב . יש מכולת במרחק הליכה שיש בה את כל מה שצריך. האיזור שקט וכפרי, מרחק 15 דקות מלרנקה. אין תחבורה ציבורית אז חייבים להשכיר רכב כדי להתנייד. לסיכום הייתה לנו שהייה מושלמת וכבר מתכננת לחזור בהקדם! תודה רבה לליאה על האירוח והלב הפתוח🙏
