Grace Villa is close to beaches, family activities, nightlife, bars, restaurants and dining, Fast Food for Traditional Greek (GYROS), main supermarket, mini market, bakeries, Ornos Stadium for the athletes, Kite-Surfing in Korfos Beach, Padel fields, Bus-Stations, ATM, car/bike rentals. You'll love my place because of a comfortable beds, kitchen, comfortable surroundings, high ceilings, and especially the views from the upper floors. My place is good for couples, one-person activities, business travelers and families (with kids) The three Level Myconian elegant and spacious Villa is 190sq. meters all in white, has one Master Bedroom with ensuite bathroom and king size bed with a lovely balcony and a veranta for panoramic views of the sea. In total has 3.5 Bathrooms and accomondate up to 11 persons. Sitting areas in the front of the villa with Sea/Pool/Garden view, which guests have access to, are designed, so that guests can break off into small groups and enjoy their own private space with a feeling of exterior independence enjoying sunset views. For more privacy there is also a patio with a beige Pergola in the back of the villa that can easily accomandate 12 persons.The main features include white plaster, local stone, natural rocks, built-in couches, and wooden beige pergolas intertwined with Cycladic arches. The villa is surrounded by specially designed areas paved with lush gardens: olive trees, bushes and ornamental plant s form beautiful landscapes, creating a particularly relaxing mood.

Villa 'Orion' is in Cavo Delos-Kanalia, just 10 minutes from the airport of Mykonos. The villa is situated on a 1000 m2 property with breath-taking view, it's coprised of a 100m2. house along with a 70 m2 fully equiped guest house. Also there is a new guest house of 50m2 fully equiped. We have taken all the necessary precaution measures to ensure a safe experience for our guests in accordance with the guidelines of the National Health Organization. The measures are taken before and after each guest arrival . Strict cleanliness and disinfection procedures. Entering the property there's a large patio including a pool (12x6x2.3m) with wooden sun loungers a bar made out of stone, a sitting area under a pergola, as well as a barbeque. The main house has a living room decorated in line with the Island's atmosphere, two master bedrooms, an additional room with two single beds, two renovated bathrooms, one WC, and a fully equiped kitchen with dinning area. In the guest house there's a sitting area which turns into two single beds, a master bedroom, bathroom, and a small refrigerator. Up the stairs and on to the first level, one finds the master bedroom en-suite with a built in double bed that exits to a private balcony and a bedroom with two built-in single beds that can host two older children or adults. A third bedroom with a built in double bed exits to a terrace on the side where one can read a book or have a drink. Located on this level there is an independent bathroom. An independent guest house located at the pool level, with a built-in double bed bedroom and a living room with two built-in single sofa/beds, is suitable for family help, in-laws or an independent couple with children. A brand new guest house is located under the pool area. It has total privacy for 2 guests with a built-in double bedroom, flat tv, A/C, wifi repeater and refrigerator. Also there is a very relaxing sofa in the living room.
