Holiday rentals with a patio in Orlim

It was a good and peaceful stay at the apartment which is in a gated society. Mr Shashank was a responsive and friendly host. The onsite caretaker/manager was also very helpful. Bonus was the clubhouse amenities such as pool, gym, snooker, etc. It was well maintained. This place is also close to the Dabolim Airport.

We spend 10 days here and really enjoyed it. The flat was clean and tidy, and had everything we needed. Also it got refreshed regularly. The communication was always smooth and we really appreciated the flexibility in checking in and out. The position is excellent, walking distance both to the beach and to the happening Benaulim beach road with many restaurants, cafè and shops. The property is beautifully maintained.

Nice and clean place, hassle free check in, very convenient for south goa stay.

The Place is beautiful and as advertised. Mr.Coutinho was very helpful and gave us details of all the local places we can go to when he helped check us in right on day 1. it's Serene, peaceful and beautiful. definitely worth visiting.

Had an amazing stay at Cheryl's place in South Goa! The location is perfect - just a short walk to Zalor Beach, and the area is wonderfully peaceful and serene. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and came with all promised amenities. The fully-equipped kitchen was a huge plus! What really made our stay special was Cheryl's exceptional hospitality. She was incredibly responsive and always available to help with any questions or concerns. Her local recommendations were spot-on and really enhanced our Goa experience. The property matches the listing description perfectly, and Cheryl goes above and beyond to ensure her guests have a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in South Goa. Looking forward to staying here again!

Our stay at the villa was fantastic! The location was excellent, with general stores nearby for convenience, yet the surroundings were peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The accommodation was comfortable, with clean and well-maintained rooms and washrooms. It was the perfect get away that we had in mind. The view from this stay was absolutely beautiful and the fact that this was situated on the river bank was simply amazing. The property has beautiful lawn area and has compound wall for privacy. Over all we loved the stay. Charchit's Place is a hidden little gem in Agonda. It is next door to a cute little cafe which has a very chilled n cozy vibe. The house was super clean and tidy and very peaceful. I would go as far as saying its the most homely and cool airbnb I have stayed in Goa. Communication with Charchit was great and check in and out super easy. If you are looking for a nice relaxing stay in Agonda on the more quieter end but close enough to restaurants and the beach this is the perfect stay for a couple or if you are travelling solo.

What began as a random Airbnb search turned into the best decision of our lives. Zak’s place in Majorda, Goa, was home for 3+ weeks and gave us the most memorable vacation ever. Zak is warm, responsive, and respects your space while being great company if you wish. The villa is spacious, beautifully designed, nestled in a serene 24,000 sqft property surrounded by trees. It’s spotless, with a fully equipped kitchen and regular housekeeping. A major highlight—Zak’s four loving dogs: Kulfi, KingKong, Jack, and Poo-Poo. Our son adored them, and they became part of our daily joy. Beaches like Majorda, Sunset, Colva, and Varca are close by. Sunset Beach became our favorite—clean, quiet, and charming. Don't miss Martin’s Corner and Oscar Junction nearby. A self-drive car is a plus. We came for a break but found a place that felt like home. Parting was emotional—we left as friends, already dreaming of coming back.

This is a wonderful place to unwind—perfect for nature lovers like us who enjoy bird watching. The location is peaceful, a bit secluded, and ideal for a quiet getaway. We were a large group and booked both the main house and the cottage. The housekeeper was incredibly helpful and made our stay smooth and comfortable. Despite our initial concerns about mosquitoes, we hardly encountered any. Nature is very much a part of the experience here—we occasionally saw frogs and harmless garden snakes near the roof, but they kept to themselves and added to the rustic charm. The neighbors were amazing! When we had an issue with our tire kit, one of them spent the entire afternoon helping us out—we’re truly grateful. Just a couple of things to keep in mind: 1. There aren't many restaurant options nearby. We’d recommend AVOIDING Goan Masala due to hygiene concerns. 2. The last kilometer leading to the house is unpaved, so drive carefully. All in all, a memorable and relaxing stay.

A very spacious apartment with huge rooms. Fully furnished. TVs in both the bedrooms and a huge one in the living/dining room. Compact kitchen with every item of equipment, utensil, crockery and cutlery. Fridge, washing machine. Above all, great hosts! Pramod's mother is a kind, warm, gracious lady who made me and my teenaged daughter and son feel at home. She was literally at our beck and call, coming over as soon as we called her for any little thing. Thank you ma'am! And finally, value for money. I got it at off-season rates, but this place would be worth every paisa at twice what I paid. The icing on the cake is the free parking on the premises for one vehicle, plus space on the roadside on the opposite side for a couple more if you are traveling in a group. Highly recommended!

Pleasant surrounding, hill view from balcony and rooftop. close to nature. You can spend your full day just chilling out on roof top. I stayed for 31 days, everything was good. Best place for someone who likes to stay close to nature. You can see different types of birds from balcony. firefly can also be seen in night time. Overall it is a good place place to stay in south goa.

The thing I miss the most after coming back from Goa is the stay! It was perfect for my friends and me. We were impressed with all the pintresty things done in the house like the little stickers on the switches that identifies exactly what the switch is for. We love Bob & Kevin (outdoor plants) who had plenty of drinks thanks to the rain. The place was peaceful and not to mention Nimish as a host was extremely sweet, welcoming and did an absolute fantastic job at maintaining the place, from cleaning it every alternate day to changing the sheets himself. We loved the stay and the host to such an extent that we don't have to look elsewhere when visiting Goa again! Thank you Nimish ❤️

Avinash’s place is a great find for families. It has everything that one would need to stay with a toddler. Beach and markets are nearby and Avinash as a host is super helpful and responsive. The place is also very nicely furnished and located in a society which adds to the safety. The society also had people from other countries which made interactions very rich. Definitely recommend

Maddy, supported ably by Soni who did housekeeping three times a week, was always very responsive and helped us quickly with any difficulties or minor problems that we had. His recommendations for taxi services from Wilson and Viju meant that arranging transfers and trips was successful. The apartment is very good, well equipped and generously proportioned. The wifi, ceiling fans, hot water and air conditioning are all very efficient and we found we had all the necessary for preparing food and cooking food. We used the efficient ingredients delivery service a few times and the produce was high quality. Using a foreign card proved impossible but they took cash on delivery. One of the traditional local artisan bakeries called into the apartment complex and sold delicious fresh bread and samosas daily. I also used the swimming pool most mornings at 9. There was a slow build up of green in the water but this was treated regularly by chlorination involving closing it for the day.

I had an exceptional stay at the Mistral! The property was impeccably clean and exactly as described. Mr Emiliano and family, who were always present around the property and their accompanying restaurant, made every effort to engage with guests, get to know them, and assist with travel plans. Their dedication to ensuring a pleasant stay was truly commendable, as they eagerly sought suggestions for improvement. The staff went above and beyond, making me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. The combination of a beautiful apartment and such attentive hosts made my experience unforgettable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hospitable stay.
