Apartment holiday rentals in Orlické hory

The stały was very nice. The building is situated near the large ski slope with diver seroutes. Room itself was very functional and clean. The bathroom and kitchen are very well equipped and people who are planning to come here have a nice place to cook. I encountered an issue with receiving the key from the box near the front door. Instead of " Key pickup" you have to click " key dropoff" and then enter the code. This was a minor issue but Aleš helped me very fast.

The host lives the first floor. It doesn’t bother us at all. We have our own privacy. If we need assistance the host is nearby. The surrounding area is so quiet. If the weather is great, you can see the stars right from the window. The breakfast is a must. We have great time in Arie and Gertie‘s home. Thank you!

Wszystko sprawne, w pokoju czysto i schludnie, przed zameldowaniem otrzymałam wszystkie najpotrzebniejsze informacje :) Dziękuję i pozdrawiam!

Bardzo przyjemne mieszkanie, wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Kuchnia pełne wyposażenie, pełen nadmiar kocy i poduszek :) oczywiście pozytywnie. Szybki i łatwy kontakt. Plecam

Trochę wody we Włodzicy upłynęło... A więc kolejni wdzięczni! Takiej gościny...albo GOŚCINY się chyba nie spodziewaliśmy, a trochę jednak jeździmy od kilku lat. Co chwilę miłe zaskoczenie. Pomijając świetną llokalizację - pięknie urządzone i komfortowo wyposażone mieszkanie z bardzo wygodnym łóżkiem. Och..czego tu nie było! Było wszystko co cieszy podróżników. Ekspres do kawy z dziesiątkami kawowych kapsułek, herbatki, wody butelkowanej na cały tydzień (a byliśmy tylko dwie doby), przyprawy i wszystko co cieszy lubiących kucharzyć... Hojność jest miarą człowieczeństwa, a my poczuliśmy ją od Państwa i było nam tu bardzo, bardzo dobrze - chociaż za krótko - ale na pewno wrócimy! No i te malunki dzieci - mieszkanie z duszą, sprzęt grający i całkiem dobre muzycznie płyty CD (pełna kultura). Jakby wszystkiego było mało - jaja doniesione na śniadanie wraz z trunkami. Wszystko dokładnie tak jak w opisie. Okolica bardzo spokojna, mieszkanie czyste, dobrze przygotowane dla gości. Zapewnione miejsce parkingowe - same plusy :)

Vše perfektní. Velmi útulné a čisté prostředí. Byt je primo na namesti, v blizkosti jsou skvělé kavárny a restaurace. Majitelka velmi milá, komunikativní, poradila, kde se najíst. Děkujeme.

Bardzo polecamy - świetne miejsce :) czysto, ładnie, nowe budownictwo, apartament w którym wszystko jest, dobrze wyposażony, przytulnie. Gospodarz bardzo komunikatywny. Polecajka!

Krásné moderní ubytování, prostorné a nadstandardně vybavené. Rádi se sem vrátíme, vhodné snad na všechny sezóny. Byli jsme v zimě a opravdu super.

Przyjemny pobyt, miejsce pozwala się wyciszyć po całym dniu.

Valeriia's abode was fantastic it was a 10 minute walk from everything sites, university and several major tourist attractions. there is a small shop up the stone stairs to the main Square. The apartment and all the attractions were nearby. However, be prepared to walk up and down the stairs everywhere, so pack light. There is a full kitchen, fridge and washing machine in the flat. The TV worked well and wifi was very stable. Hradec is a beautiful city, so make sure to visit the Šimkovy Sady gardens, terraced gardens and Publico stairway with it's pre-recorded classical music jutebox directly across the road. But not to worry, you will not hear a bit of sound from below, in this heavenly oasis in the sky.

Niesamowity apartament z widokiem na stok. Żałujemy że pobyt trwał tak krótko. Bardzo chcielibyśmy zostać dłużej.

Pan Michał jest przemiłym człowiekiem! Apartament jest bardzo nowoczesny, pięknie urządzony, wygodny. Świetne miejsce do wypoczynku!

Cicha i spokojna okolica. Idealne miejsce aby wypocząć i zwolnić.

Ubytování jsme našli bez problému, majitel byl již připraven s klíčem a vše nám vysvětlil. I pozdější komunikace přes telefon probíhala rychle a hladce. Byt byl čistý a přesně splnil naše požadavky, tj. sprcha a přespání. V bytě byla spousta nádobí, lednice atd., takže pokud by si chtěl někdo vařit, neměl by to být problém. Kdybych měl něco zmínit pro ostatní zájemce, tak jen dvě věci, které nejsou zásadní, spíš jen pro informaci. První je, že postel je rozkládací (výsuvná) a každá matrace je v jiné výšce. Jako druhou věc bych zmínil, že by to mohlo být klidně hezké retro ubytování, ale já osobně bych se pár věcí zbavil. V bytě je spousta vybavení, které se "můžou hodit", ale spíše jen zabírá místo. Jak ale píšu, je to jen můj názor. Jinak se nám ubytování líbilo a děkujeme majitelům.

This was such a delightful cottage, on the ground floor below our hosts. It was even better than the photos and all of the rooms were big and well equipped with a garden area outside and separate stunning garden across the track with lots of beautiful cool seats to sit on and read in the heat of the afternoon and a BBQ area. Our hosts were lovely and we had extra generous treats from their garden. It is a 10 min walk into the village for shops and a very good restaurant. We also walked into the Stolwye mountains from there too (about 10-15km). I would highly recommend this gem.

The apartment was great — clean, modern, and exactly as described. I really enjoyed my stay. However, communication could have been better. Responses were a bit delayed and not very friendly. I also asked if early check-in was possible, but they said no, as the standard check-in time is 16:00. Overall, a good experience with the apartment itself, but communication could be improved
