Holiday rentals with lake access in Orleans County

We were so pleased with our stay here. It had it all! We were able to relax and completely unwind. The home is exactly as described and so much more. Our host was absolutely amazing. Everything was communicated and Rod and Lulu went above and beyond to make our stay special. This will be our first choice in Vermont to stay again.

Kevin's place is by far the nicest Airbnb we've ever stayed at. Everything far exceeded our expectations, and was even more beautiful than any picture could do justice. The house itself is large enough to sleep eight (we were only four), but still felt cozy enough that we never felt lost in it. The entire property is flawlessly clean and perfectly maintained. It's like staying at a postcard quality getaway. Lastly, Kevin is incredibly thoughtful in his dealings with guests, and doesn't overlook a single detail. Thank you so much for an incredible stay!

We had a lovely time at Brad and Rose’s lake house. The views were great and we had fantastic weather. The place was very clean and comfortable. We hope to be back again someday!

We loved our time spent at the Glass House. Beautiful location and easy access to all that area has to offer. The hosts were generous and very responsive. We will be back!

We stayed here on a snowmobile trip. House is right off the VAST system. Parker Pie is less than 1 mile away by sled and has good food and trail side gas. Place was exactly what we needed; private cabin that could sleep a group of guys after a long day riding.

This place is worth your stay, it was beautiful smelt fresh as the cleaner did amazing, I felt like I was at home the nice quite outdoors for my family to relax and see the view of lake Eden! Thank you for letting my family enjoy our stay, we will be back!

Our stay at Kristin’s place was nothing short of fabulous. The house looks exactly like the pictures and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kristin always replied quickly and was very helpful. We will definitely look to book her place again when we return to Newport!

Quiet location, had the entire marina to ourselves, walkable to some really nice restaurants…..

We had a great stay and looking forward to coming back. The place was beautiful, very clean and more beautiful than the pictures. The parking area was perfect for snowmobilers and close to the local snowmobile trails.

This place is right on the lake, with a view of the lake from the covered porch. Grounds are very well kept, nice heated pool and private located on its own dead end road. This place was very well kept and clean. I would recommend to others.

We stayed at Karen's place for the total eclipse, and the stay was excellent. The place is very cute (love the teapot decor) and check in/out was very smooth. She was very responsive and friendly.

The space is well thought out with plenty of room… it was very clean! Would highly recommend staying and walk to Willies’s, the local general store that has a little bit of everything! Also recommend driving to Hardwick, a short 10-15 minute drive, with a selection of restaurants. Hill Farmstead Brewery is about a 10 minute drive and this may be one of the closest lodging options!

thr most amazing host. so friendly and responsive when messaging back in forth. thr views and area were beautiful a 5 min drive down into town. made me not want to leave ! the place was so clean and homey. my son ended up staying and she brought in more towels and a bottle of vermont maple syrup.

We stayed at this apartment for 4 days with our adult sons snowmobiling. Access to trails is awesome, plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. Place inside is small but clean, neat, and well appointed. Great place to stay!

Best Rental Property in Island Pond for snowmobilers. The property has tons of parking space for trailers and is ride in - ride out via a private trail that connects to the VAST trail 2001 and downtown Island Pond. Property exactly as described and host is super responsive.

So glad to have found something close to family when I come and visit. I would like to stay longer but could not afford many days. This was certainly a better option than staying in a local motel. The decor and quaintness of the space was lovely. Thank you for providing some Keurig coffee pods as well as other hot beverage needs and cool water in the fridge. That was very kind. I would certainly want to stay again.

Ryan was a great host and communicated well before and during the stay. We had no issues during our stay but knew Ryan was only a message away and would address what we needed. Location was perfect for our ski trip to Jay. Restaurants in the area were good but the whole town closes pretty early. Not much of a night life but that was ok. Would recommend and stay again. We really enjoyed our stay at Susan's place. The cabin was so cute with lots of thoughtful features with a well-equipped kitchen. The location on the pond was beautiful and we enjoyed having our coffee/meals looking out at it. We didn't have the best weather while there but still had a great time with our pup. On the last day the weather cleared and we were able to take the canoe out on the pond and even saw a bald eagle and got a loon "concert". Robert provided very helpful information and was super responsive. Would 100% recommend this place.

Lyndsay and Barry were quick to respond and very welcoming. They checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure we were alright, and enjoying our visit. The home was extremely clean and the view was beautiful.

Miriam's place was just the getaway we needed. The cottage has everything necessary to enjoy our stay, cooking supplies, utensils, and supplies in general. The lake was amazing and serene, SUPs were put to good use and the swimming proved to be quite refreshing. Cottage was cozy and comfortable. We will definitely go back if we find ourselves in the same neck of the woods.

What a beautiful quaint guest house. The home is gorgeously furnished and decorated with comfortable antique furniture. The sloping eaves give it the feel of an old time ski chalet. There's several comfortable nooks to curl up with a good book or sit by the hearthstone stove. Very warm and cozy - which is important in northern Vermont! It's on a dirt road, like 80% of Vermont roads, so be prepared for an adventure. The location is very quiet. Excellent internet service. Carol is a great host. She did everything possible to make us feel welcome. Best of all, in early May, we had daffodils and hummingbirds!

Beautiful home on a peaceful lake. We loved taking the paddle boards out and the view of the lake from inside the home. We would definitely stay again.
