Large granary with its own outdoor area in quiet surroundings with the river Orkla and great hiking areas in the immediate vicinity. The granary is located on a large farmyard 3 km south of Fannrem, 8 km from Orkanger and 40 km from Trondheim. The granary was built in 1923 for primarily storage of grain and food. It has also been used as a workshop, before it was renovated for rental in 1997. The first floor was renovated in 2023. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2024. Stabburet functions as a year-round home and can be rented for a longer period of time.

Family-friendly skiing area, short distance to the groomed ski slope or the Ruten on randonee. Located between Orkanger and Kyrksæterøra, the center with water park, climbing hall, restaurants, shops is only 20 minutes away.

Hasselvika holiday home - Laksen

Find peace and quiet at the old trading place Sannan in beautiful Hasselvika! Here you can experience a good sea fishing and great hiking opportunities in the woods and mountains right outside the door. Within 100m you will also find a shop, marina, beach, speedboat terminal and bus stop. Right nearby lies the abandoned Hysnes Fort, idyllically situated at the mouth of the Trondheim Fjord. Here you can walk on well-maintained hiking trails and enjoy a phenomenal view from the top! The sunsets out here are often absolutely magical!

Cabin with panoramic views over Trondheimsleia

For a responsible family or more, we would like to offer a great stay at a cabin at Kongensvollen Marina. The cabin is a 1.5-hour drive from Trondheim. Here you can sit undisturbed on the porch and have panoramic views over Trondheimsleia with Hitra, Leksa and Storfosna in the background. The cabin also has a sauna, bathroom and shower. It is arranged for packing and freezing fish. Short distance to the lake 80m. Boat Linder Sportsmann 400 can be rented by appointment. No smoking is allowed indoors. Pets must be clarified.

Cottage in the countryside - idyllic farm in Skaun

Cozy cabin in beautiful surroundings, best suited for couples who can share the double bed. The cottage has electricity but no running water, but guests have their own newly renovated bathroom/toilet in the outhouse about 100m away. We can be helpful with round-trip transportation Pilgrimsleden that goes not far away from the farm. The cabin has an extra bedroom with room for 2 mattresses on the floor, but this is in the loft and the person who will sleep there must be comfortable climbing the ladder on the wall.

Tårnheim on Hølonda, 45 km from Trondheim, is 10 meters high, with four floors. Bygd i tre med utstrakt gjenbruk av materialer. Kitchenette in the first, library in the second, bedroom with good view in the third and a cozy pavilion with balcony on the 4th floor. The tower is located 45 km from Trondheim. Built in wood with extensive reuse of material. In Jårheim close by is fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with toilet. You can enjoy the view on hills, reading books from the second flor library.

Katten (Olav) følger også med oppholdet, han er ekstremt snill og rolig. Har egen katteluke, han er utendørs ca. 20-22 timer i døgnet avhengi av vær.
