Holiday rentals with a patio in Orikum

El apartamento de Davide se puede definir como un lugar hermoso, amplio, silencioso por las noches, justo en frente a la playa y cerca de muchos restaurantes y supermercados. La ubicación inmejorable, la vista desde el balcón sublime y el internet funciona perfecto y es de buena calidad. Davide y Barend estuvieron todo el tiempo atentos a mis necesidades. En fin, un excelente lugar para descansar y broncearte mientras saboreas la rica culinaria albanesa. Comentario extra: Recomiendo la panadería que se encuentra justo debajo del edificio para tus desayunos.

Schöne ruhige Unterkunft mit allem, was man so braucht, für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation verlief gut (wir hatten uns kurz verfahren). Man braucht zu Fuß etwa 20 Minuten in die Altstadt und 15 Minuten ans Meer. Restaurants waren einige um die Ecke. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft!

We had such a wonderful time at the Villa! It was clean, comfortable and had great terrace with a beautiful view of the ocean. Ariana and her team were so helpful and responsive. We would highly recommend and would definitely come again!

A bit hard to reach the flat but it was worth it!

Spacious and bright apartment, with well-stocked kitchen. The whole apartment was super clean and fresh. Lovely balcony with outdoor setting to relax on. Close enough to walk to a couple of nice beaches. Handy off-street parking was great. Arilda was very easy to communicate with. The only strange thing we found was in the bathroom there was only one small lamp on the mirror (no ceiling light), so it was quite dark in there after the sun had set. Still highly recommend this place :)

We arrived by bus from Saranda, we showed the bus attendant where we were going as we figured the bus would pass the apartment in vlores. The bus then dropped us off right outside. We had clear instructions how to get in the apartment. We walked in and this place definitely had the wow factor! It is enormous, the view from the balcony of the beach was stunning. It’s light, clean and very comfortable. We did work while we were there and had no issues with the wifi. Huge smart tv. Not a big tv fan, but we watched you tube a lot. So many bars and restaurants in the area, supermarkets within walking distance. Bus stop right outside to get to the old town. Great place for long walks too. We visited a couple of local gyms, both friendly and welcoming. Had a wonderful 10 days here. I think another set of keys would be very useful, we were a bit restricted with one set.

We had a lovely stay in Himare! The home is lovely and well looked after, the photos don’t do it justice (it’s bigger in person!). Great location, walking distance to town and to beaches. Would stay again.

Die Unterkunft war toll. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Alle waren sehr nett und hilfreich. Man kann von hier aus Ausflüge starten oder zum Strand fahren, der mit dem Auto nur 5 Minuten entfernt ist. Zum Zentrum von Orikrum sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Hier gibt es viele Restaurants und kleine Geschäfte mit Lebensmitteln. Man bekommt hier alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung von Konstantina. Alles war sauber, gemütlich und gut durchdacht. Durch die wunderschöne Umgebung kann man sehr gut entspannen. Konstantina war immer erreichbar und hat uns bei Fragen schnell weitergeholfen.

We had a lovely stay at Livadi Beach, easy walks to beautiful bays and an awesome bakery and many restaurants in the village. The house was very spacious and in a quiet neighborhood.

Very nice apartment, There were everything we needed, cookware, microwave, washing machine, blankets, pillows, towels, even coffee machine. Nice view to sea, olive and mandarins trees. Only roadway near the apartment was in very bad condition. But overall we were satisfied and can recommend the apartment.

Xhulia ha estado siempre muy atenta a mis consultas y preguntas, ni hablar de Vera, su mamá quien me recibió y despidió como si fuera de la familia! La casa es hermosa y su jardín está lleno de flores! Es un poco lejos de las zonas céntricas (35 mins a pie del paseo LungoMare) pero es muy recorrible. Lo recomiendo 100% y su regreso a Vlorë sin duda pararé aquí 🤗

Beautiful family and a very comfortable apartment with a huge terrace with incredible views. We loved it. The family made us feel so welcome, they even brought a gift for our sons birthday (we only stayed two nights). I wish we could speak albanian to be able to chat more. We communicated though their son who speaks great English and reacts quickly. 100 % reccomend and thank you!

Very cozy place, with good facilities and a very nice place to sit outside. We felt at home very quickly. We got excelent instructions on how to get there, and how to get in, plus many good suggestions and information about places to visit etc. Over all very good comunication with the host :)

This is really a hidden gem in Himara. The place has two bedrooms, both with airco. Everything in the appartment was good. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning.If you walk down the steps (247) you are at the main street from Himara. just a couple of minutes further down to the beach and good restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend this place!

I had a wonderful stay here over several months, and would love to come back again. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, the AC makes the summers much more manageable, and the location is perfect. While it's a touristy spot right by the beach, there's no shortage of nearby shops to enjoy the basics, and there are excellent restaurants and cafes nearby. That said, I recommend buying or renting a bike so you can more easily enjoy the center as well, which visitors often neglect to visit (but shouldn't, especially since Vlora is an ideal city for cycling). I always found the host to be helpful.

Truly the best place I have been to in all of Dhermi. Jonida’s space is spotless, beautiful, and sizeable. Looks just like the photos! The driveway is a plus and makes getting to and from places easy. My family and I had a great time here. We felt peaceful and fully relaxed. Beautiful views and sunsets! Would 100% revisit again.

Clean, enough space, near the beach

A Laura foi muito simpática e atenciosa. Infelizmente não tem check-in autónomo o que nos prende um pouco a horários rígidos de entrada e saída para que a Laura possa entregar a chave. No nosso caso apanhamos muito trânsito e a Laura esperou por nós bastante tempo. Estava tudo limpo e o apartamento fica central para ir ao centro ou dar uma caminhada na marginal.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in Himarä. Man hat dort wirklich alles was man braucht und in Fußnähe! Wir haben uns von Anfang an wie Zuhause gefühlt, alles sah aus wie auf den Bildern. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen 😊.
