Monthly Rentals in Orikum

Charming apartment, very clean and comfortable. Great place if you want to get away from busy Vlore. The apartment has everything you need and next door is a mini market that provides all essentials as well as some food, drinks, and fresh fruit. The beach is right in front of the building which is amazing. The location itself doesn't have a huge offer, some beaches and a couple of restaurants in walkable distance. You can get there by bus and the next larger village by the sea (Orikum) is a 45 min walk away. But you would probably get more out of your stay if you have a car. They're building more hotels in the area so I'm expecting the location to become more busy in the next years. But for now, especially later in the season, it's nice and quiet.

We stayed 9 days at this place. For us Orikum was well placed in relation to everything we wanted to do. Everything was very good, perfect accommodation for 2/3 people with a lot of small details in equipment that improves the daily life of a stay. Very quiet neighborhood, and 03 to 15 minutes' walk from all the shops and restaurants of Orikum. To conclude, if I had one piece of advice, you can book without a second thought. As far as Flavia is concerned, she is always there if you need her and is very open to any information you can provide to improve her home and hospitality.

The location is fantastic, close to the beach and just a short drive from Vlorë, making it an ideal spot for both tranquility and adventure. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. I highly recommend Nathan to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable stay in Orikum.
