Newly renovated, fully furnished 1 + kitchenette apartment with a terrace, facing the courtyard, is located on the 1st floor of the house. It is accessible by stairs (there is no elevator). Although the house is on the square, the apartment is quiet and peaceful. Within a 5-minute walk, there is the Slavkov Castle with a beautiful park, restaurants, pastry shops, cafes, wine shops, shops, etc. There is also a golf course, swimming pool and other sports facilities nearby.

The Black & White Apartments apartment house is located in Brno in a quiet location surrounded by nature. The accommodation is close to the Brno Exhibition Center (BVV) and also close to the motorway exit to Prague. The apartments are fully equipped with furniture, appliances, air conditioning and the privacy of guests is ensured by window blinds. Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, Romanesque church, Gothic ossuary and lots of nature between the forest and wine district near Eggenburg. Bicycles, e-bikes, canoes, kayaks, fireplace, grill, sand playground, table tennis and sauna. And Josephsbrot, perhaps the best bakery in Austria with a cafe. We look forward to it! Fully equipped stylish underroof flat with kitchen, flat tv with Chromest- Netflix, dolce gusto cofee maker, 4 beds ( possibility to add an extra matrace) with washing and dish wash machine and huge terrace, just 20 minutes from Brno, 20 minutes to Aqua Landia, 5 minutes from direct train station to Brno. Suitable for infants (baby bed and seat). There are parking spaces right infront of the house.

The cabin is located on the edge of the village in a nice location in the middle of nature. It is a detached building with an adjacent fireplace where you can grill and it has its own entrance. It is possible to park in front of the garages of the family house behind the fence, the accommodated guest has their own remote control from the gate and then walk 100m along the sidewalk to the cabin.
