Unit includes one off street parking space in a garage and a 4th-floor patio. There are 2 mini-split AC/heating units, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge w/ ice maker, a microwave, & a full stove range and a 56" tv. There is a deck w/ two recliner chairs. The bedroom includes a queen bed, a large closet & another 56" TV. There’s a 3/4 bathroom w/ tiled shower. The living room has a couch that pulls out to a king size memory foam mattress. The unit is about 2mi from campus and 1mi from downtown.

Our cozy little house is brand new and easy to relax in. Granite countertop and a full kitchen! Located in the middle of Missoula, we are close to downtown, both hospitals and all of the towns recreation! Sleeps 4 with a new KING bed and sofa sleeper. We upgraded the mattress and upgraded a foam topper, it still might suite kids or 1 adult better regarding. Enjoy coffee while you cozy up next to the fire and watch Netflix on the 55” flat screen! Washer/Dryer in walk in closet, and dishwasher!

A charming, quiet, tiny studio loft apartment in the historic, centrally located, Westside neighborhood. This beautiful space is in a stand alone building is located 4.7 mi from airport. The exterior stairway to the private entrance has 15 steps and I have included lots of photos. There are pretty mountain views out of every window. The American Leather sofa and bed are comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is excellent. Check in and check out times are firm.

Had the best time , the place felt like we were right at home. Comfortable and clean. We came for adventure and the host was happy to recommend and inform us of any local things going on and or things to go check out. Very friendly. The neighborhood is quiet , clean and less than a 5 minute drive to downtown. We will definitely be staying again in the future!

Josilyn was a great, responsive host. The Airbnb was adorable and clean. She had the pack and play and other toddler accommodations ready to go when we arrived and accommodated a late checkout so my son could nap. Walkable to downtown. We were so sad to leave. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The views were absolutely breathtaking Mountains, endless sky, and peaceful surroundings that made us feel like we were in our own private slice of paradise. It feels so serene here. A place where you can just turn your mind off and take in the views. Cole and Mallory were exceptional hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome, with personal touches that made it feel like a home away from home. They were always super responsive, even before we arrived. The home itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from cozy linens to a perfectly stocked kitchen. There wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t already provided. I also had the BEST sleep.. it likely helped waking up to a perfect view. If you’re looking for peace, beauty, and authentic Montana charm, this is the place!

We had a great time staying here! The place looked exactly as pictured and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The yard was great for our pup, and we loved walking around the neighborhood. Train noises and movement were as described.

I stayed at Rosie and Bernardo’s for seven days and enjoyed every minute of it. They are truly world-class hosts - warm, responsive, and thoughtful. Communication was clear and timely throughout my stay. The space itself is well-appointed, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was perfect, with plenty of pillows and cozy blankets. I especially appreciated the excellent water pressure in the shower and the easy, private access to the unit. You’re surrounded by mountains and farmland, yet just minutes away from everything Missoula and the surrounding area have to offer. It’s the best of both worlds, peaceful and convenient. I honestly can’t think of a single negative about my stay. Missoula is a special place, and I look forward to booking this space again in the future.

We had an absolutely amazing stay here. Kyara was so kind and helpful anytime we messaged her. She gave us clear instructions on how to check into the airbnb and how to use the amenities that were offered. The apartment was spotless and really cozy. There are some really good places to eat in walking distance from the airbnb, including a delicious sandwich shop. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Missoula!
