Emma's place was perfect for our needs. There was plenty of room for all of us - including our 2 big dogs! The decor is lovely, just like the pictures, but free from clutter, which I appreciated. The kitchen had every item we needed to make our meals. The sauna and cold soak tub were a very appreciated bonus! The neighborhood is very peaceful, and felt safe for walking our dogs. Most importantly was how kind, gracious, and communicative Emma was. She allowed us to check in early, which helped us immensely, and answered any questions we had quickly. I would definitely recommend this rental to others.

We loved our time in this relaxing, comfortable and sweet home. The view was amazing and the neighborhood was quiet, a perfect place to unwind. The bed was comfortable and the listing was accurate. Hosts were responsive and their recommendations were spot on. We’d definitely stay here again!

What a great spot! Nestled in the woods in a peaceful and quiet setting this place is truly one-of-a-kind. The house is very unique with lots of character that sets it apart from the usual stays. It was clean and had all we needed. Our host Gramma Rikki was exceptionally warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate, and we could not take advantage of all the outdoor spaces and amenities. We played pool, sat by the cozy fire and did some island exploring by car. All in all it was a very enjoyable and relaxing getaway despite the crummy weather. We hope to return one day and experience everything this wonderful place has to offer.

We were a group of three couples with two kids between us, and the house was perfect for us (air hockey was a hit, as were the spectacular views). When the door code didn’t work on our way in, the agents helped us right away — very responsive.

We had a great time at Anna's house and immediately felt right at home. It had everything we needed. It felt perfectly secluded and private in spite of the neighborhood being relatively dense. The view of the lake was beautiful. We appreciated the house's proximity to Bellingham and the area's sprawling mountain bike trails. Grateful for our time there!

I needed a last minute extended stay on Camano island and was thrilled with Michael's place. It was very comfortable and has many of the amenities of home. We didn't get to enjoy the outdoors much since it's the rainy season but still were treated to a few nice sunsets. The back yard would be fabulous in the summer time. We loved sitting by the fire in the sunroom. Michael was easy to work with on short notice and we would absolutely stay there again.

We’ve stayed at Sunny’s house twice and both times have been great! Beautiful views, and great neighborhood. Always very clean and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The kitchen and living areas were spacious, and the backyard was a good size. The pool was great—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for daily swims. Our kids absolutely loved it! There was a noticeable smell of marijuana outside at times, likely from a neighboring property. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but could be something to keep in mind for guests who are sensitive to smells.

Beautiful home with lots of natural light, views of big evergreen and Madrona trees, nice deck and hot tub on lower level patio. The kitchen was well equipped and comfortable to cook in.

We really enjoyed David’s house, which was clean, uncluttered, comfortable and beautiful, with beautiful views. David was very responsive with messages, and helpful with information about what might be happening in the area, and gave great suggestions for restaurants. Our vacation was even better than we’d planned because of David’s knowledgeable tips.

Philip’s place was beautiful and calm. It exceed our expectations and we very much enjoyed our stay. The large windows make you feel as though you’re outside and made the home feel very peaceful. We really appreciated the cookware and well resourced kitchen! Phil was also a very communicative and great host. He even scored us an earlier ferry ride when we were looking for another time slot. Overall we would definitely recommend!

Our stay at Bettina's was great! We traveled with our pup and toddler. The house was very private and offered plenty of outdoor space for our dog to explore safely. We also really appreciated that there weren't a lot of trinkets around the house for our toddler to mess with. The high chair and crib that were provided were an added bonus! Overall, our stay was peaceful, private, clean, and offered beautiful ocean views!

This may be our favorite bnb we've stayed at on the islands and will probably be an annual thing. Such a perfect location and so quiet! Parking at the home is great, kitchen is fully loaded, living room is incredibly cozy, and all the seating from kitchen, to front window, to couch was perfect. We've stayed in places that were cool and fun locations, but there is rarely places to really cozy up and enjoy your stay in. The home was truly inspiring for someone who wants to build a tiny cabin one day. I wouldn't change a thing, cannot wait to get back!

The house was perfect for our group! It looked just like the photos and everything was spotless. Sherri was super responsive and we would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay. It was peaceful with lovely (kid-safe) patios to watch birds and read a good book. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were very comfy. It felt very private and peaceful, but was just a one minute walk to town. 3min walk to the grocery store, which was so nice when traveling with a young family. The pack n play and high chair were great to have. We will definitely recommend to family and friends!

Where do I start, Orcas is our second home and we will be making the trip twice a year no doubt about that, it's beauty and peacefulness is everything one could dream of. Jennifer's place added to that beauty. It sits right off the water and can be seen from the curved road ahead of arriving to the place, it's like a house sitting on a hill. The antique furnishings gives a feeling of an earlier time when the cares of the world were few and the enjoyment of the presence was much. Everything in the home accommodated my family very well. I encourage everyone to stay here and enjoy all of Jennifer's amenities, such as her kayaks and boats, her huge yard, sit out on a blanket with a book or just enjoy the scenery. Light a bomb fire on the fire pit, bit pack a sweater it's chili next to the water. This was everything and we will certainly be back to Jennifer's for another stay. Jennifer's very kind she stopped by to say hi and we gave her a plate of BBQ which she quite enjoyed. Thank you.

First, we really loved the place and the views cannot be beat. It is quiet, truly peaceful, and has amazing views of the Sound and Mt. Baker. The grounds are immaculate and the house is very nicely decorated. I have to say, it is probably the most well stocked kitchen for dishes, pans, spices, teas, and utensils. We loved the serenity of Lummi Island and even got a couple of nice bike rides in. One item to mention though, there is a third bedroom but it requires going through one of the other bedrooms to get to it so its not very private. This worked great for us as we used the room for our infant daughter but 3 couples would find this awkward. It was not clear on the listing so I figured it needed a mention. Gudrun was very responsive, especially when the Wifi went out for a bit (island maintenance) and he kept us updated. Not a lot of attractions on the island but we were vacationing with an infant so just hanging out on the grounds and visiting with family was good enough.

Host was great and super communicative!

Then house was secluded enought to feel car away but only a quick 10 minute drive from the main town. Rick was super communicative and checked in to ensure everything was OK. We enjoyed our stay!

The architecture is both unique and impressive, blending seamlessly into the landscape while offering thoughtful design details throughout. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and every amenity was top quality. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook full meals. You can tell a lot of care went into ensuring guests have everything they need. One of the highlights was the wildlife. We saw plenty of birds and even a bald eagle right outside the window! If you’re looking for a place to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with nature (without sacrificing comfort), this is it.

We’ve been coming to Orcas for years, but I’ve lost the family home that we used to go to. Staying at Meg and Bob’s felt like family. The kids and I had a blast. (My daughter just shouted “it was awesome!”). This was exactly what we needed! And we’ll be back!

We found the peace and quiet absolutely magical, as stated in home description. There was a cozy feel to home, and screened in porch was so relaxing. The walk to the beach was perfect, with a total expanse of solitude and lapping ripples of water. As a respite and family get together, we found the house offered all we needed. I am grateful for our stay.

We had a great time with our kids and grandkids. The view was amazing of the sound. It was also a huge plus to have a buoy to tie up our boat. Paul was generous and shared a large crab pot cooking stand so we could cook freshly caught crab outside. We really enjoyed the large great room and the deck. Great place to see all the stars at night! There are a couple steps from the kitchen to the living area which can be tricky for toddlers, but ours managed without any mishaps. Also, the only tv is in the basement with the pool table, but we enjoyed playing games and didn’t miss it. Our grandson loved the wagon to collect things in too.

We had a perfect one week stay at Chris and Diane's place and could have easily stayed longer! The house is spacious, very comfortable and has incredible views. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. The front lawn sits on a bluff right above the water and a beautiful cove that can be reach in a couple of minutes on foot. We loved the location, walking distance to beaches and trails in the park. Chris and Diane are the most gracious hosts. Thank you for an amazing stay.
