Holiday houses in Orbec

Nous avons passé un week-end de Pâques exceptionnel et notamment grâce au charme des lieux. Accessible en train, plein centre-ville (très beau) et à 5 minutes à pieds de balade, c’est un endroit stratégique. Bref ce fut exceptionnel et merci à Manuela pour sa présence efficace et discrète.

Maison très agréable, très bien rénovée, très bien équipée, spacieuse et très lumineuse pour nos quelques jours d hiver! l annexe avec le billard et le flipper à été très appréciée des 6 enfants (et les 8 adultes ont apprécié le calme dans la maison!). Le ping pong n a pas pu hélas trop être utilisé dans le garage à côté car pas assez lumineux pour jouer et trop froid. Propriétaires très agréables, je recommande ! Magali

Charmant cottage, parfaitement décrit et correspondant en tous points à l'annonce. Très agréable à vivre, fonctionnel, calme, l'autoroute à proximité ne gêne pas le repos la journée et la nuit. Maryline est un hôte très accueillant, discrète, réactive, spontanée et de bons conseils. Une semaine très reposante, la chaumière est bien située et permet d'allier visites culturelles, plage et campagne. À recommander!

We had a wonderful week at Delphine's in August. The house is set in beautiful grounds and the views over the peaceful countryside were wonderful, especially in the late afternoon with the sunset. We enjoyed using the covered pool, even when raining, and the pool house has a fridge and toilet which meant with young children we didn't need to walk back up the hill path to the main house. The tennis court and basketball net were also was a big hit and she provided lots of balls and rackets to keep everyone entertained. There is a lovely boulangerie in Chambray, and big supermarket nearby in Vernon, and the location is great for taking day trips to the coast and surrounding towns. Check in and check out was smooth with the friendly Martine showing us around the house and providing all the details, even using a translation app so we could communicate and understand each other well. It really was the perfect week for relaxing and switching off for a while.

Le gite est parfait pour un séjour au calme avec des enfants. Qu'il est agréable de voir des chevaux ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis, nous avons eu même la chance de voir un poulain de quelques heures. Le chien, Pepito, est adorable. Le gîte est situé à quelques kilomètres d'une superbe ferme pedagogique.

Nous avons passez un agréable séjour chez Sandrine, son appartement est situé dans une résidence calme, proche des commerces, restaurants et de la plage, même à pied. Sandrine a été aux petits soins avec l’installation d’un lit parapluie et d’une chaise haute pour notre bébé en plus de ses petits attentions. Nous la recommandons.

Everything was great. Luc was so welcoming and gave us a bottle of cider and some cookies when we arrived. He gave us a clear tour of where everything is in the house. There is also a lovely seating place in a small garden in front. You can walk to the beach in a few minutes. The famous Normandy landing beaches are all close by. But as an elderly couple the fact we had to go down the stairs to the toilet at night was a little problematic. Also it would be nice to have soap in the bathroom/shower. Note that there is a €50 cleaning fee at the end of your stay.

J’avais besoin de prendre un bon bol d’air frais . Petit endroit magnifique pour se ressourcer . Les hôtes sont très accueillant et très sympathique je m’y suis senti tellement bien . Je reviendrais très bientôt Merci pour tous et votre gentillesse
