Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The passage of the sorcerers near Disney

The cottage, located 35 minutes from Disney by car, is reminiscent of the world of a famous young wizard and that of a medieval castle. Moreover, elements of the decoration come from castles and ancient monasteries! The entrance houses a secret passage that allows access to the upper floors... Brooms can park in front of the cottage. An "almost bus" can pick up to 4 people at the SNCF train station, depending on the schedule. (Navigo pass ok) Shops are 800 m away.

Le gîte Les Chapitres, labellisé 3 épis Gîtes de France, dispose d’un accès indépendant et peut accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes. Le linge de lit et les serviettes sont fournis. Une place de stationnement est disponible à proximité du gîte. Location de vélos électriques possible sur demande pour découvrir la région.

Beautiful cozy house in the heart of Hautvillers, completely renovated and classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Accessible for 2 nights or more, with family or friends to relax or simply enjoy the area. It has a bedroom with large bay windows leading to a terrace that has a magnificent view of the vineyards of Champagne and Épernay. It's a modern, fully equipped house with a ground floor and two floors.

GITE IN CHAMPAGNE – LE CLOS DES LYS

A 17th century house, warm and comfortable, accommodating up to eight people. The authentic charm, countryside, garden, private swimming pool (under video protection) will recharge you in a soothing setting (swimming pool from May 15 depending on the weather). The restaurant (a few meters away) is located in a 1930s-style winter garden with its traditional French cuisine.

The Edouardine in Champagne

L'Edouardine is a renovated guest house on our farm. Composed of a large living room with open kitchen and three beautiful bedrooms each with its Italian shower and private toilets, it is bright . This house can accommodate up to 7 people. Depending on the period, and on request, it is possible to choose your arrival and departure times.
