A 2022 renovated apartment at the end of a former village school. Apartment has a indoor kitchen, an open bedroom, and a bathroom. Sleeps four. A double bed in the bedroom and a fold-out couch in the living room. The outdoor sauna heats up at an extra charge. The flat is located in a quiet area, 8km from the city center. The rest of the building is used by the host, and dogs and chickens are playing around their side the yard. There's room to hang out in the yard, like a BBQ grill. Great for families with children, too.

Here you can sauna, swim, and also have a peaceful night's sleep, accommodation 2 rooms 13 and 7 m2 heating/cooling, refrigerator, microwave, electric plate, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. Dishes and utensils for dining. Beds ready, including sheets and towels. You'll have access to a private shower and sink, as well as a compost toilet. Free to use, rowing boat and 2 paddle boards, hot tub/lot €50/vacation.

Spend your vacation with friends and family, or a romantic weekend with your loved one by the fireplace, surrounded by beautiful wildlife. A small and cozy house in the forest is waiting for you. There is a sauna, a wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a sofa on the ground floor (accomodates 2 people ), a double bed and a single bed on the first floor, linen is available, wi-fi. The nearest lake is a 13-minute walk through the forest along a beautiful path.

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Lakefront log cottage, peaceful location w/ sauna

Experience the true traditional Finnish lake cottage life. This log cottage was built in the 1800's with hand carved logs. It is located on a beautiful lake shore with fantastic views. Here you can enjoy nature and total silence and peace just a 10 min. car drive from Savonlinna centre. You have a good chance of spotting the endangered Saimaa ring seal, often swimming in front of the cottage. Both the cottage and the sauna are just a few meters from the lake shore. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.
