We absolutely LOVED Cassandra's home. It was a beautiful, spacious home for our family of 6 adults and one infant. The home was beautifully furnished, clean, and the beds were comfortable. But the best was the outdoor area. We loved spending time in the pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, watching the waves crash ashore. We spent numerous hours around the outdoor dining table admiring the view and enjoying the peace and quiet. We would recommend this home to anyone looking to spend quality with family and friends.

Our group of 10 active seniors had a wonderful stay at Vanessa’s house. The house and setting is even more beautiful than the photos. We enjoyed the outdoor space immensely- the views of Nevis Peak while floating in the huge pool, BBQing on the pool patio, and watching the monkeys.The house and the pool house are very well equipped and comfortable. The location is in convenient to all the wonderful beaches and historic sites on Nevis. Buckey, the house manager was wonderful and went out of her way to help us with requests, questions, and minor problems. Nevis really is paradise and the people there are so kind!

We really loved our stay at the Unique Villa. Lynell and Omel were very welcoming hosts and it was a real pleasure to talk with them about their experiences. They picked us up from the Oualie Beach water taxi dock, which is only 5 minutes from the Villa. They also explained how to ride the buses, which we did 6-7 times over the 2 days we explored Nevis. We appreciated their recommendations for beaches and restaurants. The Villa is perfect for a family of 3. The bedroom A/C was very much appreciated at night. Kitchen is well equipped. We used the outdoor shower (and the regular indoor shower), the clothesline, great WiFi, TV with all channels. If we make it back to Nevis, we would definitely choose to stay here again.

We met Derek at the boat drop off, he was very friendly and welcoming. He had kindly got us some provisions in until we were able to get to the supermarket. Carpe Diem was in the perfect setting and road. Every property is beautiful in Fern Road and centrally situated for the beach, bars and restaurants. The monkeys were fascinating to watch. I would definitely stay at Carpe Diem and anyone that does stay there is very lucky. The air conditioning was the icing on the cake. Everyone in Nevis is so helpful and friendly. I have been going to Nevis every year since 2015 and I love it so much. Thank you once again Carpe Diem, you delivered everything and more . Michele ❤️❤️❤️

Nana’s is well taken care of by caretaker Mikey and either he or Pulmattie will take care of you should you have needs or directions. We rented a car from one of the local car companies on Nevis. You will need to drive a car to stay here. It is a down hill 15min walk to the beach, Grishi Beach, which is a great little spot to hang on a quiet beach, pay for a drink/food and use their lounge chairs on the beach. Other reviews mention the loud birds at night. We highly recommend ear plugs, as the birds start singing right at sunset and continue til dawn. And occasionally the next door dogs get loud when the monkeys stir things up in the ‘hood. There is AC in two of the three bedrooms and it can drown out the sound. But the beauty and fresh air wants the windows open! (screens closed as mosquitos come out at dusk). Great place otherwise and we will come back to Nana’s on our next visit to Nevis to enjoy the setting sun from the backyard porch.

Oh, my, I can’t say enough. Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed being right on the beach, just a little walk away. The facilities at the house were wonderful. We all enjoyed the lovely balconies and the beautiful ocean view. Great kitchen, fully equipped, so we were able to cook. We couldn’t have had a better location on the island on which to spend Christmas. Would definitely stay here again.

Keathly & Lilleth are fabulous hosts!! We had a couple of issues (one minor, one a bit more involved) and they were responsive, friendly and helpful! We adore staying in their impressive condo! They have been wonderful to us; even allowing us to add a few little things to help us feel even more at home. If they had other spaces in other places, we would opt to rent through them again! Absolutely nothing but 5-stars (or more!!) all the way for them!! We are grateful that they have such a lovely space they make available - and as long as we’re able, we certainly hope to always be able to rent through them!!

We had a lovely stay at Brett’s place in Nevis. The home, infinity pool, and grounds were beautiful and private, and looked just like the photos on the listing. Communication with Brett was also smooth. One thing to note is that the road leading to the property is in poor condition and bumpy (not unusual for side roads in Nevis, but worth noting for visitors). It is best suited to an SUV if you are renting a car, and requires careful navigation, especially at night.
