This is the only off-grid Yurt acessable to the AMC state park. This is not a drive up, in the winter prepare to hike 1 mile, and in the summer 300 yards up a windy forest path. The Yurt has everything you will want from a wood stove , cook stoves. We have raised the price for plowing cost

This is our extended family's third visit to Windy Peaks, so that speaks to how much we enjoy the place. It is a very comfortable house in a beautiful setting that easily accommodates our family of 7 adults and 4 kids. Depending on the weather, we've enjoyed playing pickleball, ping pong, pool and board games; the very nice playground; sledding; fire pit; and skiing at nearby Ragged Mountain. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of room for multiple cooks to work their magic. (It is on a mountain top so can get windy, though, thus "Windy Peaks".)

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Warner's place! The home is beautifully designed with unique fixtures and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The spacious kitchen made it easy to cook and share meals, and there were plenty of cozy beds for everyone to relax. The fireplace was the perfect touch, especially after a day of skiing, making our stay even more special. Waking up to nature and the stunning surroundings was a dream. Warner was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our visit. We can’t wait to come back!

We had the most wonderful few days at the cabin and honestly, the pictures do not do it justice! It was spotlessly clean, the beds were super comfy, we had everything we needed and it had some unique, quirky features. The location was really good, not too far where we wanted to go and you felt like you were right in the middle of nature. If you want to get away from it all this is the perfect place!

This cabin is a peaceful bit of paradise. It is quaint and cozy and has a wonderful wood smell. We were greeted by their little dog, Charlie, who just loves his visitors. The surroundings are relaxing and pretty. Breakfast at the house is outstanding. Molly and Eric are perfect hosts…friendly while also giving you privacy and space. This is a true farm to table operation as they grow their own veggies, make their own maple syrup, harvest blueberries and apples, and collect farm fresh eggs. Honestly, I’m not sure I want to post this review as I want this to be my little secret! We will return when we can!
