Monthly Rentals in Orange

This space was a perfect location for my son who needed an extended place to stay while we had some construction going on at the house he was living in. Very close to Chapman campus, quiet lovely street and a private from with his own private entrance. Host was very responsive and the space was just as described. Very small but has everything you need to live. Beautiful finishings, great bathroom and cute little kitchenette

Thinh was a great host and this home had everything we needed for a 5 week stay. The beds were very comfortable, and there is plenty of closet space for a longer stay. This was walking distance from Historic Old Town Orange, so we walked to some great restaurants every weekend and some weeknights. We are highly reliant on internet, and we had no issues. Groceries, gas stations and major highways close by. We felt at home here. Thank you, Thinh!

Very beautiful home in a tranquil neighborhood! This was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting Orange and Irvine, CA. Loretta was a welcoming, attentive, and detail-oriented host. Would absolutely recommend to anybody visiting this area.

We loved staying here in orange for around a month and a half while my boyfriend did work training! The town is super bike friendly and we loved getting to attend the old car show, visit Irvine lake’s and Silverado for a nature escape with so many wild flowers, shop downtown Disney, and drive golf balls at islands! Not to mention the house and neighborhood have amazing charm and we loved just having a fire in the backyard and visiting the market around the corner! Would definitely recommend this spot - especially breakfast at Kimi’s in the orange circle! This time ending up feeling more like a vacation than work and I would be excited to get to go back!!
